Go here if u want to pay for a pizza for dinner , give tip only for it to arrive raw , the crust like mushy dow , what are trying to make people sick and take their money , nobody got pride in what they are doing when getting paid for it , done with this place and area , they are all the same

Just ordered two pizzas online and one of the pizzas wasn't done with the correct sauce. When i called and spoke to Amber and informed them of this issue she didn't apologize, nor did they offer to correct the order. Never spending my hard earned money at this location again. ZERO customer service when they get an order wrong.

Have ordered from here a lot without any issue. The last two times have been horrific. Last time an entire pizza was missing. This time a pizza was made but only with the substitutions and not with the rest of the ingredients. Supposed to be a supreme with two substitutions and the pizza we received was just the substitutions…. Fun times… likely taking this out of the eating out rotation at least for the time being.

I usually call for delivery however the other day I decided I would go pick up my pizzas as we ordered a handful for a party so I didn’t want a driver to have to carry so many. When I get there I’m approached by a gentleman with the best energy super upbeat and ready to help in any way he could. He asked for the name on my order, found it in a speedy fashion and handed it over with a smile wishing me a great rest of my day. These are little acts of employees that are seeming to be a lost art however this young man has restored my faith in customer service. I thanked him and wished him a great day as well. He told me his name is AJ to which I replied “You have yourself a wonderful day as well AJ. Keep up the good work and positive attitude it goes a long way these days.” Now I’ve really never had a bad experience from this store when ordering. My pizza is alway ready in about 30 minutes and consistent in its taste and appearance. The staff gets you in and out quickly. Today was just a stand out day thanks to that young man’s kindness.
