We’ve never had any problems with this store! Food is delivered hot and correct every time with great politeness from the drivers. My boyfriend loves pepperocinis so we add extra to the order. They always load us up with plenty in the box or in the case of our latest delivery — gave us a large bundle of them wrapped in tin foil. Very thoughtful!

Don't order any beverages from here. They will deliver what they feel like in a bag and take off before you realize they gave you a diet Pepsi instead of a regular Starry. I was giving them another chance after getting a pizza with an undercooked crust.

Wrong toppings. Again , pizza not even cut right, I’m done with this, plenty of other places to go. Tried to call and get it corrected or just bring it back and get a refund to go to Dominos. Upset long time customer.

I had to take food away from children because the order looked so bad. This is the third and final time I will be ordering from this restaurant. They did correct the order but I had to drive in a storm to get it when it could have been made properly the first time. Completely unacceptable.

The clown working the counter is clueless. Second time I have encountered this genius. Both times he seemed incapable of the simplest of custimer service tasks and could NOT care less if I place an order. An $8.99 carryout special should not total almost $14 with extra cheese. No problem solving skills, or interest in problem solving at all.

I've been going to this location since they moved there (old location was on East Franklin near old Dairy Queen and also my favorite location!!)They alway make your orders accurately unlike the other Gastonia locations and hands down the best pizzas along with very helpful and friendly staff,thank you for all your work guys!!??

If I could give this place a 0 star review I would.. I ordered a 15 pc chicken popper box and got maybe 5 large pieces and the rest were crumbs.. went back in to politely ask the reasoning and the supposed manager tried to say two tiny crumbs equalled one chicken popper.. i didnt want to argue because she was so rude about it. She seemed like the type to jump over the counter so I left. Don’t come here, save your time & money go to another location.
