Awful experience I went there with bf yesterday Rosita that’s works there had us waiting for 30 to 45 mins to give us the wrong food wouldn’t give us a refund or change our order to the right order very bad service wouldn’t recommend

Walked in this restaurant to pick up an order for DoorDash as I am a Dasher/Uber Eats and the cashier(lady) knows that because i frequent this place, she told me it wasn’t ready so I wait 5-10 minutes and notice there’s an order sitting on the counter the whole time I’m there but I didn’t think anything about it as they were busy. 15 minutes go by, I’m still waiting and that order is still sitting there. 20 minutes later she says “oh who are you here for” knowing she already knows she says “it’s right here” and asks me to confirm. Now, to go out of your way to be petty and tie up MY time and money is ONE thing but to TIE up a CUSTOMERS time, money and FOOD from YOUR establishment being cold all so I will get bad ratings is BAAAAAD business practices. You need to do something about your front-end cashier as I’ve already heard so many complaints about her attitude, now this? Insane and Absurd.

Today was my first time eating here and I thought it would tasted better due to the reviews. The chicken I received made me really sick I think it was old . It didn’t taste or look fresh to me . I will never eat here again !!

Fresh, hot and delicious! Really good vegetable lo mein. Sha cha chicken has just the right amount of spice. Honey chicken will melt in your mouth. Best lo mein compared to other local Chinese restaurants. Staff was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend the vegetable lo mein, honey chicken, Sha cha chicken, beef with broccoli, peppered steak and shrimp fried rice.

One complaint I call in my order to go and everytime I get there I have to wait. They will not make your food until it’s paid for. The food is always great but I call it in for a reason. Took 33 minutes tonight for one plate that I called in.

I quit going to Peking Garden about a year ago. I had been a regular customer since their beginning. The poor service, poor food quality, poor customer service and inconsistency drove me away. This place used to be hands down the best. I won't be trying them under new ownership as I do not trust it is just the same extended version. If you want great Chinese food with great customer service and consistency go to LITTLE ASIA...BEST AROUND!!!...But GOOD LUCK TO THE NEW OWNERS!
