Went to Cici's Pizza since they bought Pizza+ and reopened, and it was kind of disappointing. Pizza was okay, nothing wrong with it. The salad bar was bad, brown lettuce and partially frozen toppings. The building owner definitely hasn't kept up with maintenance, the ceiling started leaking so bad in one spot it looked like someone turned a faucet on in the ceiling, looking at the rest of the ceiling you can see lots of water stains everywhere. The plus for me was the employee helping buss tables and clean up, I don't know what her name is but she was extremely pleasant and gave out mints to people.

Update - oh no, what happened? Just read that CiCis is coming back to take over again next week. A huge disappointment as Pizza + Buffet wad so much better. So sad...Here my my previous reviewPretty good actually. Never cared for Cici's but the food here is superior in every way. A total surprise.

Wouldn’t give me money back after i sent food back because it was burnt. The service was terrible from management. Worst place to go.
It's the perfect place to bring the kids (or a date) before or after going to the movies. The manager was very nice. They were short staffed, so he was picking up the slack. There were three adult men working and running the whole place. No teens, which I found unusual. Maybe due to the end of summer break? I was happy with everything because I ordered my own specialty pizza. So I thought. Instead of bringing it to me when it was done, they placed it on the buffet. Others enjoyed it before my husband was told it was there when he went up to check on it. Oh, well. It was very good. The salad bar was kept stocked, and the ingredients were fresh and plentiful. There were about 10 pizzas to choose from, pasta and sauces, and 3 dessert pizzas. Kids were enjoying the arcades, and their parents were enjoying the distraction. ;-)

My fiancée and I really enjoyed Cici’s and it took a while for us to visit Pizza+, however, we visited for the first time two months ago and we have been back 5 times since. The staff are very nice and friendly, and the pizza and salad bar are great! We request the Mac & Cheese pizza every time and it is AMAZING. I don’t really understand the negative reviews at all, because if you have a problem (which I haven’t had so far) then the staff are incredibly accommodating and would attend to your concerns/needs right away!
I came here on Tuesday for the first time and I was very impressed. The food was all very fresh and the counters, tables, etc were all clean. There was an older lady on the floor who was picking up peoples plates, wiping down the counters and tables, and sweeping the floor. She is the type of person you want to see working in the public. I’m pleased with the service I received.

This is a terrible attempt at a cicis knock off. The quality of food was awful, the pizza dough was soggy. ?To make it worse they made 4 types of pizza. We waited for something different but to our surprise they just remade the same 4 types of pizza.?The floor was so slippery from grease, we almost wiped out twice. We requested a pizza and they made it, but they put it on the bar and we didn't know, we finally walked up and asked them and they said they put it out, but appeared it was already gone. This was our second time here, I like to give second chances, there won't be a third. Both times the food was not good, I would compare it to what the kids get in the high school cafeteria.

5/30/23 5:40PM -If you like dough flavored pizza- then that's what you'll get here. The quality in flavor and freshness is poor. The pizza was dry due to being out for too long. The only dessert they had, which was cinnamon buns, was very chewy. The restaurant smells like soapy water. This is my 2nd visit. First time was when they first opened and 2 years later it has not improved. One review said that Pizza+ Buffet is better than Cici's... that's comical.

Decent place except cucumbers were bad on salad bar and pizzas where not the best. Some pizza was old and hard and wasn't very appetizing. It wasn't the worst but it wasn't the best either. Maybe we just went on a bad day or at a bad time. 5pm on Tuesday May 2nd
