Pizza was extremely greasy. The bottom of the Pizza was soaked in grease. Could not eat it. Trashed it. I wanted to go back and get a refund but time wasn't on my side.

My mom ordered a pizza and she is sitting here in distress trying to contact the store because she got the WRONG order. Then they don’t even answer the phone but they can reply to Google reviews? Why not get the order right the first time before having to combat negative reviews, which there are a plethora of. Also what is your course of action for the mistakes that y’all make? Now she wasted her money and is very upset plus can’t even get into contact with the restaurant just ridiculous. You are better off ordering from Bessemer city Pizza Hut they at least answer the phone.

Ordered a pickup online for a well done pepperoni pan pizza. I go to pick it up through drive through. They hand me my pizza and i look at it before i drive off. It’s not well done at all, so i wait for the drive through person to come back to say i ordered my pizza well done and asked for it to be put back in the oven. She takes my pizza, then comes back 30 seconds later saying she can’t take it back. I said okay that’s fine, and asked if she could just make the well done pizza i ordered and i’ll come back in 15-20 mins. While asking her that, another worker comes to the window and tells the other worker “I told you we can’t take it back!” in a very rude tone to the worker as if she didn’t tell me that already. I politely explained to him that she was just telling me you can’t take my pizza back and put it in the oven, and i would like for my pizza to be made the way i ordered it which is well done and i’ll be back for it in about 15 mins. He told me they can’t do that unless i place another order. So, because the location messed up my pizza and didn’t make it well done like i requested it, i would have to place an entirely different order and spend more money just so I can get the pizza i ordered in the first place. Got it. Don’t come to this location!

This location is terrible I ordered two pizzas and paid for delivery and my food when the delivery person came, dropped off the wrong food we asked if they could re-deliver the right food they said no so we drove up there to pick up our food when my wife asked for a refund on the delivery fee because we had to drive up there to get our food She was told no by some woman and then they shut the window on her. So I called up there to get a refund on my delivery fee and they tried which way to give me credit and not my money back. The manager was all right and talking with me but the other people that were working there were completely rude disrespectful and the food was just terrible. The crust was hard. Pizza was cold when we got it. It’s ridiculous. This location is a terrible terrible location. I suggest everybody to go to Little Caesars because Little Caesars pizza is way better than this pizza. this Pizza Hut has definitely the worst customer service I have ever seen

Ordered last night they got my whole order wrong then go back today at almost 12 lunch time they are closed there was only 2 people working last night and a lot of unhappy customers get it together pizza hut and clean ur srore up inside and out So despite of me going back hours later more than 6 hours later the same day because I found out they were open ask for my order to be remade because they did not give me my order. This morning when I placed my order they wanted me to take the order that was made from 11:00 this morning. Ben told me he would remake my order only for me to sit there for over an hour for him not to remake half of my order and not wanting to give me a time frame when the other half will be ready. Despite of me already sitting there for 45 minutes after I was told 20 to 30 minutes 45 minutes on top of the 30 minutes that I had already waited. This is ridiculous. This place needs to be shut down. The manager does definitely not need to be a manager and out of all of it I felt bad and I applied to work there since they don't have any workers. Definitely will not be working there. Had an issue about getting my refund. Finally got my refund
Been in the line for 45 mins and the order is just now being made. Person was rude and had no customer service skills. Seems like this business needs to be shut down!

The most piss poor customer service you will ever receive. So with my order I ordered a two liter. The delivery driver forgot it. I contacted the manager the driver told the Manager NO he wasn’t going to deliver it. Manager gives a 15$ credit I ask when I could use it he says whenever I make an order instantly and then when I called to have my order fulfilled he said it could only be used in store. The have the most blahzay nonchalant attitude and they are ghetto as they come. When we finally did get to the food it was cold edges were hard and I still didn’t receive what I paid for

Horrible customer service. I received the incorrect order. I tried calling in to report it and was placed on hold for 15 minutes. I called back and a young man hung up on me when I told him I received the wrong order. I called back and told that person that I was on hold and hung up on . He said it was the call center and put me on hold for 10 more minutes. I called back and the person knew my name and put me on hold because he said he couldn't do anything. He didn't even let me finish speaking. This location can't get an order right and their customer service is the worst. Save some time and go to any other place.
