I ordered online and waited until order was ready. I was 5 minutes away. When I arrived for pickup 5 cars were in line .I waited patiently for 20 minutes.needlless to say my pizza was cold and not very good. However the guy at the window was very polite and he probably couldn't help the service. I feel like I wasted 13.00 on a cold pizza

Pizza Hut on Chester st Gastonia nc I’ve had a couple negative situations where they’ve been out of items early in the day but today after placing an online order and paid for it I’m told later in the day that they sold all of that item, yes I’m done with Pizza Hut

I will never recommend this Pizza Hut that nobody because the woman that works there on Saturday night is a liar she told me and my wife that you would bring my pizza to the car me and my wife waited there for 25 minutes or more as we were sitting there waiting 7 cars went by with their food so I walked to the window and she says I was busy I got my pizza from a her and I called her a liar you don't treat customers that way
Very poor quality food! Extremely dry pizza, hard breadsticks and everything except the chicken that we waited an extra 5 minutes for was room temperature despite coming when the food was estimated to be finished. Have been on hold for over 21 minutes and still no one has picked up our call to address our concerns & provide a refund or replacement. First and last time ordering from here, this is not a place I’d trust to feed our family or take our money again.

I placed an order, and after taxes it came to $19.25. It was a three topping, stuffed crust with bread sticks. I got there, and the woman told me it was $25.00. I said no and showed her my order confirmation. She reduced it $21.00. I said no it's $19.25. She said she couldn't reduce the price anymore. I know it's only a dollar twenty five more, but that's not right. So I told them to keep it and left. I didn't cause a scene, it's the principal of it.

This place hasn’t improved one bit they take about 10 to 15 minutes per customer and they show no urgency on fulfilling orders. Pretty soon this will be on my *no delivery list* because I’m here to make money not waste time. I’ll be surprised If this location will survive.
I came here for a Uber eats order and I waited over 20 minutes with no luck. They pretty much pulled me up and forgot about me and when I backed up to the window to ask for the order again, I got nothing but attitude.
This is the dead location yet y’all can’t get orders out in less than 20+ minutes maybe because all the employees are outside smoking cigarettes instead of actually working.
I don’t work by the hour. I work by the order so when you guys are holding me up, I’m forced to cancel and move on. Won’t be back. *NO DELIVERY LIST* 🚗❌
