They are always behind on my order and my husband was told ten more minutes after the 30 he had already waited. Gets the pizza and it’s cold. They also forgot to give him the drink on the order.

If you want your order to be correct don't use this location. When you call them to tell them what is wrong with your order they quickly place you on hold repeatedly until you get pissed off and hang up. I work for a hotel so I will not be promoting this pizza hut. I ordered honey bbq wings, got flaming hot buffalo also the pizza was barely cut and looked like they ran out of sauce. Also when did they stop cutting the bread sticks. Do better!!!! Needless to say management doesn't know what they are doing.

Says they’re open until 1am. Just got off the phone with them (at 12:20am) & they said they were closed and unable to take any orders. So idk but that’s why I gave the rating I did.

Placed an order then they canceled it never called to tell me why then when I called to ask about why I never received my order they placed me on hold without answering me and never returned to the phone they are very unprofessional at this location

They are supposed to go by the 5 spiral thing for wings, which otherwise would make them covered in sauce, when my wings got to me, they were dry as a bone and they told me they would charge me .50 extra for SAUCE I ALREADY paid for.

I ordered a pizza on 2/1/24 at 6:25pm and waited until 7:25 no pizza arrived. I called up and ask why is it taking so long for my pizza to be delivered? They responded your pizza was listed for “PICK UP” are you kidding me? So I explained I said “DELIVERED” the lady over the phone said ma’am I’m so sorry for our mix up it’ll be delivered to you in 35 minutes. It’s going on now 8:42 I just got off the phone with them and said “How would you feel if you waited for your pizza you requested to be delivered, and it took a little over two hours”? I wouldn’t even won’t the pizza anymore. So to continue they tried to make it better, did I pay for it no I shouldn’t be like this horrible customer service!
Pizza was horrible. The crust has a sour taste to it.
