Ordered through Pizza Hut call center, and routed me to a closed store, due to staffing issues. Called this location and another to get them fulfill an order I paid for already. They said they would have to reorder it and then make me pay for it twice. After physically going to this store, showing them the receipt from my bank statement, and they still would not do so because it would affect their inventory and it’s “not their fault they (call center) did that”. General Manager was not very polite to deal with, and not putting the customer first.

On two different occasions I have not received my food Oct 31 at 9:00pm I placed a order and got there to get it when it said it was going to be ready which was 9:40 when I left it was a little after a 11pm and I didn’t receive my food the manager kept telling Me it was coming out and it never came out I guess but they kept over filling the hot box saying that was never the order that was the Pizza Hut on N.New Hope Rd. Today 11/14 I ordered pizza at 5:00pm they said my order was going to be ready at 5:30 pm I get there two cars was in front of me a hour later I still haven’t received my food and the worker/manager wouldn’t even come to the window was just ignoring me this was the one on Chester st/321 I’m very upset with the service I have been receiving from Pizza Hut

Place is horrible walked in Halloween night to make a order an seen pll standing there saying they had been waiting over a hour and watched the manager tell someone that I seen pay with cash that they wouldn't give them there money back only store credit that they didnt want so the manager an i use that term loosely then proceeded to belittle the person to the point they left with nothing no food or money the so called manager need to be fired an staff needs to go through training again
I’m appalled by the lack of care and attention to our order. We ordered thin crust cheese and got burnt pan. And how it looks is terrible. We ordered no cheese meat lovers and a thin crust cheese. Please see picture. I’m scared to eat it. I sincerely hope people consider taking their orders elsewhere where.
Update: called to discuss and ask for corporate. Was placed on hold and no response. Just left on hold.
Nothing but little kids working there. They obviously don’t care. Has attitudes like if we told them to take the 5$ an hour job. Close this joint down for good!!! Or get actual good workers

I wouldn’t even give this store a 1 star. I placed my order at 6:33. Supposed to be delivered by 7:08. After two delivery drivers I get my order at 10pm. I called the store several times to cancel and they do not answer and the call center is useless. When the order arrives at 10pm. It was missing a pasta dish and breadsticks. The pizzas also were not made correct as they lacked pan pizza crust, I am not even sure what crust we got but clearly not their pan crust….one was not supposed to have green peppers and the other was supposed to be pepperoni with extra mushrooms…clearly way wrong in the pictures. And after 3 hours of them telling the delivery driver it was lost and would have to remake, it arrives cold and nasty looking. We didn’t even it it! I contacted corporate customer service twice now because the local store will not do a thing about it and they have such attitudes. I was asking corporate to refund my order and the first time they sent a coupon code for a free large pizza and second time I have yet to hear back or get my money back! NEVER will I support this chain again. They don’t even have the decent respect to contact you and give a refund on their mistakes. TERRIBLE! Save yourself a lot of money and aggravations and go somewhere else!!

On October 31st I ordered a pizza bundle from the Pizza Hut at 2609 South New Hope Road in Gastonia North Carolina. My pizza was set to be ready at 6:42 p.m. I arrived for carryout on time walked into a busy store waited line for a moment paid the employee cash, l was told my pizza would be a few more minutes I said no problem and step to the side. As I waited I talked to a 3 or 4 of the other customers a few of which had been waiting almost an hour. One of the other customers pointed out several employees standing around joking with each other. I am disabled after standing there waiting about 40 minutes past what was supposed to be my pickup time I was in a lot of pain and couldn't really stand there any longer. I asked the same person I paid how much longer it would be I was told it was going to be about another hour I said please cancel my order and give me my money back. So I got in line behind three other people that were getting a refund as the manager was being rude and condescending to every single person like they were asking way too much from him. After about 15 minutes I was up for my refund. I gave the manager my receipt and he said he would give me a store credit I said no I do not want store credit I paid with cash and I would like my money back. He told me they did not give cash back and I would have to settle for a store credit. I refused the store credit in which point he became irate raising his voice to me and telling me I need to just sit down and get out of his way I told him he did not need to talk to me like that he told me not to worry about what he's doing he would handle his business. I told him what he was doing wasn't right and that he was stealing from me and that I was going to call corporate he snapped back at me very loudly and said not to threaten his damn job and he would give me an extra $10 credit for my trouble I told him the credit would do me no good because I would never return to that place again I told him to give me my money back I was hungry and wasn't waiting another hour on a pizza that was supposed to be ready about an hour ago at this point. He made a snide face looked me up and down and told me I looked hungry and humiliated me in front of a store full of people he then proceeded to tell me I wasn't getting my refund I can take the store credit and get out. At this point my blood was boiling from being belittled and insulted. I did not believe I could hold back any longer so I left after being humiliated and embarrassed in front of a store full of people. This incident ruined my whole weekend I am still very upset about what happened
Ordered on line. Stated it would be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived 20 after ordering and the food wasn't ready. Was advised it was just going in the oven and would be ready in 20 minutes. Came back to NO pizza. Was advised it had to be remade. 2 HOURS later, no food. Ask for a refund. Employee went out front of the store and smoked a joint and then went back in the store to the kitchen area. Did not wash hands after coming back in from outside, smoking his joint.

They got my order wrong and gave me the run around held for the store 2 freaking hrs finally answered then said wait let me take information and hung up mind you the lil foreigner that answered didn't understand i ask 4 times you got pepperoni and pineapple she said yes got the darn pizza and cheese and pineapple mind you I'm a domino's person but my peeps wanted this trash one and done 4me they offered me a freaking pizza like by this time yall playing in my face and my money and the gv shut down man people is not playing im very angry then they said come get 2 large pizzas really I wish I would I will never ever one shot and they totally dropped the ball naw ill pass they burned my biscuits all they can do rt now is issue me a refund don't call me unless this is about my money don't offer me nothing im done just my money period this place sucks big time yes im big mad I wish I could do 0 stars they deserve no stars AT ALLLLLL!!!!

If I could give it no stars, I would. Horrible service, twice. Shame on me for going back a second time. First driver waited 20 minutes, gave up. Second driver waited another 30 minutes. Called Pizza Hut twice and they placed me on hold and never came back. There will NOT be a third time. Over an hour for pizza delivery - do better or close this location.
2nd time we have ordered for delivery and for the second time in a row we have had a problem. First time we received the pizza and not the wings or drink. Called door dash and asked and he hung up on us. Tried to call the store and you get a call center and every time they say we will direct you to the store and today we get a text one minute before we are supposed to have delivery and we get a text saying the driver wasn’t going to be able to complete the delivery. Again we tried to call the store and again we get the call center folks who are rude and talk to 3 deliver people and the first two say they are going to direct us to the store which doesn’t happen and the third person hung up on us. Went to the location and service there was horrible. Last and final time we order from Pizza Hut or at least this location.

I’ve been trying to get a refund on my order since Friday. I called the location I ordered from and couldn’t get a hold of them. My call was going to a call center and they gave me horrible service. My call kept getting transferred within the center. After going into the store twice, different days trying to speak with management no success..First time they said management was too busy & supposedly they weren’t there today. My order on Friday! The pizza and breadsticks looked like leftover food tossed in a box and wasn’t fresh at all..on top of that I didn’t receive my wings. Overall horrible customer service in the call center and in the store.
