Never got our order lady said everyone called out. Shouldn’t have the place to be able to place orders crazy. Got a notification that my order was ready at 9:44 when I placed the order at 7:00pm just give me my money back. A place should closed if they can’t handle the orders

Do not place an order here !? Placed an order on the 13th for pickup. Upon arrival the store was closed and has been since. It is now 01/15/2024 !! Not sure what the problem is and why they aren’t open but still allowing online orders to go thru. Ozark ave location is much better and have been working with me to get my money back from this location since it’s a ghost town.

The door dash driver was awesome but the service was beyond terrible. I ordered online delivery that took well over an hour, and once it arrived, the order was missing boneless wings. The melt I ordered was burnt as well. Called to speak to a manager and sat on hold for 45mins before hanging up. Very disappointing service Pizza Hut.

Overall it was good. We got items off the $7 menu. One medium pizza (half cheese half jalepeno), 16 naked boneless wings w/ buffalo on the side because our kids love them, and the chicken alfredo. Wings were nice and still hot. The chicken Alfredo was good, but the dough on the pizza was still really lighter than usual.

My order took over 1 hour to reach my home after ordering at 5:21pm. A pizza was missing from my order. The driver attempted to make it right. But I had to call at 7:41pm to ask about the delivery for my missing pizza. That was after being told at 6:49pm that they were in the oven and would be sent shortly. We were given a $20 credit for the next order (which will not happen, at least for a very long time). They did give us free 2-liters to do what they could. I love the pizza but the service is not good. We will order pizza from other chains from now on.

Everytime I order on The Weeknd to come pick up they end up not being open they literally never call to tell someone, they haven’t refunded my money here I am at the store at 11am on a Saturday to pick my food up just for them to be closed !!! When they are supposed to to be open until 1am !!!!

Placed an online order and my card was charged twice. Called multiple times to have this issue fixed and was left on hold for 30+ minutes or hung up on. When I arrived to pick up my order, one of the workers was screaming/cussing very loudly because he was mad there were so many orders. Very unprofessional

Every time I come here late night about 10:30p.-11:30pm they say they ran out of dough. Or the system is down. It's ridiculous cause they say their open to 1:00am. Why are you always closing early!!!! Never again!!
