Waited over 40 minutes for food which we never got so we just went up to get refund and they ignored my wife knowing they messed up and the workers were horrible terrible service we won’t be back. We just left and went next door to zaxbys

As hard as people work you would think this company would understand the value of a customer’s dollar. We ordered they DoorDash and this experience will remind me to NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN, We ordered the family pack and 2 tender meals and they said they were out of stock on DoorDash. We go to the store and they have tenders available! I’ll drive to charlotte for now on! Hire better management!!!!

(2020)I ordered food by drive through last Tuesday, I did not know that they gave me a counterfeit for $10.00 dollars. I put counterfeit money with a receipt in my wallet until I went to a Chinese place today, The woman said it was fake, and she showed me the real $10.00 dollars. Good thing, I did not get in trouble. I called the manager (woman) today, she said they only mark on $20.00 dollars not $10.00 dollars. They are supposed to mark both. She say can't do anything about it. I want you to check money before you leave. You can see a picture of $10.00 dollars. It shows a little bit smaller than the real one.

Today (03-5-2025), this is my second time with the same issues about rewards. The service is very slow! It sounds like they want us to use rewards online not in this location. I have suspicion that they haven't trained or don't feel like doing it. I know it will work with rewards when you just charge each strawberry cheese cream pie for 1.89 dollars. They haven't tried it and they chose to charge me two strawberry cheese cream for 2.99 instead of each. and it won't work thru rewards. The manager keeps saying (with an attitude( " you have to use online only" even though it says I can use it online or in store. The manager can't read it. I recommend you not to go to this location if you want to use rewards. It can't be for a while not to use rewards in store.

Food is good but it took me about half an hour back to back on 2 different times to get food when I did an online order on the app. There’s been people who have arrived way later than me but get their food before me. The amount of times I would’ve pulled out the drive through if I didn’t already pay. These people really need to up their game. The good isn’t THAT good to wait 20 minutes for. Oh yeah, and nobody answers the phone when you try and call them, so there’s that. And I’m still waiting btw..

I just visited Popeyes at Franklin Square, Gastonia. I had a problem with my debit card and it took me a few minutes to straighten out but Latoya was very polite and courteous and took care of my order quickly was a pleasure to deal with. 5 stars from me!!

The food is hit and miss sometime but it's good enough. The girl with the purple hair shouldn't be working customer service anywhere. Absolutely pathetic and embarrassing. I've never seen anyone in customer service worse than her

Seems as this Gastonia Popeyes has new staff. Been there over the last couple months, chicken tenders are fresher than ever! For the longest time over the past few years, it was a 50/50 gamble if would get hot fresh food or food that tastes like been sitting under a warmer for hours

Whatever they did to turn the food quality around is awesome. All customers want is fresh hot chicken, tenders, etc. Its good to enjoy Popeyes again, even through the menu prices are shot up, as in $15/meal. Which is a little absurd, seeing it used to be $8-10 for a meal until the last 6 months or so

Haven't eaten here in several months due to cleanliness and customer service. However, Ms. Shay (store manager) did her big one. Store clean from top to bottom, food was so fresh and delicious!! Thank you Ms. Shay.

Went to drive thru and they only had 2 items available to order out of the whole damn menu! How do you serve people and only have 2 items to serve them!! Then I asked the guy to repeat the 2 items and was completely ignored for 3 minutes so I just drove away. I am so disgusted with fast food service these days. People have no work ethic anymore.
