We were big fans of this pretzel star spot and appreciated the food as well as the service. This recent experience was awful. They closed their location for a period of time due to traveling overseas. They didn't prepare their ingredients for long-term storage properly, and the ingredients went stale and freezer burnt. The ingredients tasted awful, and it ruined the whole experience. We kindly tried to share this information regarding the awful taste of old oils turning bad and the spices tasting stale. The flower tasted stale. She had an attitude about the issue. We never have complained, years of business with no issues, but this time, there was no desire to address our concerns so they could fix it for other customers. We are going to back off this spot as our desire for their food is greatly reduced. Old ingredients doesn't taste good.

I went here because I like fresh pretzels. I asked them to make it to order and I told them that I did not mind waiting for it to cook. They did not want to make it for me, they wanted me to take the pretzel that had been sitting in the warmer. I even asked a manager and they still said no. Since they wouldn’t fix it to order I just decided to get my money back and leave.
