Today was my 1st time visiting this location and i must say i will be back . Tiffany and Mya did so good at taken care of myself and my gf . The food was perfect and they definitely made great recommendations on what to put in our bowls . Thank You

Ask for the NON-spicy queso. Even ask her to point out the spicy one because I did NOT want it, and the last time I was there, I was given spicy queso. I get to my destination and start eating....my mouth was immediately on fire. I couldn't even enjoy or eat my food. It was New Years Eve, and I was unable to take it back. Waste of money.Parking: Busy shopping area
Dining room is big and roomy but the stainless steel tables give it that generic industrial cold feel. Food was ok. Service was good, great folks ??

I was there at 8:20pm December 12th and the tall plus size black man was sooooo rude to me. I litterly asked him a question and he just stared at me with his arms folded doing absolutely nothing while me & 2 other ladies was in line. I had to litterly repeat myself 3 times and he finally said we waiting on rice. This was my 1st and last time EVER coming to Qdoba.

Had the Brisket Birria bowl and it was delicious! Food was prepared well and trying the brisket at the suggestion of Molly was a good choice. Friendly atmosphere and clean store; after dozens of visits the Gastonia location is always fantastic. 10/10
Even thou I didn't get my 50% off for Veterans on Veterans Day because the clerk insisted it was only 10% the food was & will always be amazing...

I’ve only eaten in restaurant twice but both times I’ve not gotten a single piece of fat in my steak and I have a huge issue with fatty meat food is great I’ll be back!

Two Saturday nights in a row, there are only two people working behind the counter. The tall guy taking the orders is so slow and looks like he doesn't want to be there. I waited on line as long as I could, but eventually, I had to leave the line and go to Chapole. When I got to Chapole, they had four workers, and they moved the line with excellent customer service. They were out of cheese, and I didn't even care because they were so fast and friendly. Unfortunately, I have to go there from now on.
