I got the meat sampler and it was very nicely prepared. It was most definitely more than one person can eat. It's only a few miles off of 85 and it worth the detour. It's definitely a great hole in the wall barbecue
Been coming here for 12 years now, an accidental stop on the way to VA. Now, it's a planned stop when traveling from SC to Charlotte. This place stands apart as the only place I repeatedly say I want to go to again, and actually do. What sets this place apart is the unique sauce - I've tried for years to replicate it, but I've conceded and just enjoy it when I stop by.
