staff if friendly food is very reasonably priced. and food tastes great.

March 8, 2020 at 6:15. We ordered for carry out and then it was not ready when we were told it would be ready. I had chicken tenders with fries and coleslaw. The tenders were tough, dry, and tasteless. The coleslaw was NOT in the box or bag, so I can’t say what it tastes like. The other dinner was complete and tasted fine, according to my daughter.

Dirty and I’m not just talking about the restaurant itself, the waitress had the worst attitude. I had the salad bar, my stomach still hurts a day later. My grandson had the jambalaya, don’t even bother, it’s nothing like it’s supposed to be, save your money

We love eating at Ruby Tuesday's. I wish they would bring back the biscuits. Another suggestion is to bring back the walnuts on the salad bar. I miss those! ?

best salad bar around, me & my love come here at least twice a month .. we never leave disappointed. see you guys & gals soon...ok.now we came back on march the 1st... it was the worst experience we have ever had not only did I only see my waitress 2 times the whole visit today but my order was wrong & my waitress never once asked if I needed another beer so therefore I had to finish my dinner with nothing to drink.. & here it is 2 weeks later & your blender is still broken , my lady once again wanted a frozen mixed drink but only to be told it was still broken...smh, you might wanna invest in your company because you are loosing money on alcohol sales ..I normally spend 80- 90$ each visit but only spent 57$ & some change this time around & I'm not to sure even if we will go back...very disappointed today

The salad bar was great, my steak was cooked perfectly and was tender. I was impressed. I had a $26 steak across the street that I couldn't even eat and took home to my dogs.

This is my go to spot in Gastonia. The pork chop is to die for. The staff makes you feel like home. Perfect for date night, or girl/guys night.

First off, excellent customer service. They are very attentive, but not in that vulture like way some restaurants make front of house act like. The staff are very informed about the food, and you just feel welcomed. On to the food. Point blank, it's delicious. I had the hickory bourbon chicken and loaded mashed potatoes and oh I was in heaven. Chicken was cooked perfectly and the mashed potatoes were clearly not instant mash, and yet came out creamy as can be. Loved it. My mom had the cheeseburger and said it was delicious. They have a great salad bar and selection of foods. Prices are okay for the amount and quality of the food. The atmosphere is nice as well. I highly recommend giving this Ruby Tuesdays a try.
