Salsarita's Fresh Mexican Grill

It was the first time I ever eat at salsarita’s and won’t be back I got 3 little tacos and chips walk away paying $15.81 I can go to Taco Bell and get the same thing for less and the tacos are bigger

I'm choosing salsaritas every time. I've always liked the food, but the staff they have working this location is absolutely top notch. You can't really go anywhere anymore and get decent customer service. And most people complain when they have bad service so I wanted to make sure I left this good review. Every single staff member that was working today, greeted me and spoke to me. I can see why their establishment runs so smooth. Because the boss or GM or manager that was on duty is incredible. His personality and demeanor was absolutely refreshing. I will continue to eat here because the food is amazing but the staff is even better!!!!

You would think after paying 15 dollars and some change for a single Burrito that it would have the queso and sour cream you ordered. Should've went to Qdoba .

Never had issues with the food. I go in on my lunch break or before work but one time I rolled out of bed and threw something on to use the drive thru was told I needed to come in. Saw 3 workers and a few people in line. I would have waited but wasn’t given the option. Poor service

went in with my husband and son, and Chloe was the sweetest employee i’ve ever met in any service industry. she was so kind to my son who accidentally spilled his drink. she said “it’s okay buddy, don’t be sad. we are human and mistakes are okay!” she treated us with such kindness and grace our entire visit. the food was also very good!

Great employees, food is really good. They also have catering for all events! They package their food with care , that way, you will not have to deal with the spills.

The girl working the line named Chloe went above and beyond for me! Very kind and generous, always double checked with me for how much i wanted of certain ingredients.My food was made as quickly as I could ask for it and I definitely got my moneys worth in terms of portions and size of my burrito. Sometimes the rice is a little dried out if I come at an off-time but everything was fresh and good today.

I’m not a huge Mexican food fan, however, the service at this restaurant was phenomenal. I truly felt like the employees wanted to be there. They were friendly, smiling, but just seem to be enjoying life. This seems to be a lost art in today’s food service industry.

I’m a big Salsarita fan, but this particular Salsarita’s does not have good quality food. I just went through the drive-through and order a taco salad and it was Probably the worst taco salad I’ve ever had. On the menu it says it comes with Romain, but it was actually shredded iceberg lettuce. There was a very small amount of chicken That was overcooked and also had chunks of Something that was very hard and black. Kind of like the scraping off of your grill at home. I also got a side of chips and queso, and the queso tasted like it had melted plastic in it. Unfortunately, I was unable to take it back

We loved Salsaritas but the last few times we have went the service nor quality has been great. The portion sizes for the meat seems to have been cut back quite a bit. If we are going to spend over $30 bucks for 6 tacos, we may as well go to a nicer restaurant because it's just not hitting the way it use to.

Waited at the drive through for five
Minutes in silence waiting to be helped. Once I realized no one was coming I drove up to the window. There were employees serving customers inside in but no one working drive through and no one even acknowledged me. Waited another 5 minutes at window and then gave up and left.
