I come here all the time but I just picked up an online order for my turkey sandwich and it tastes rotten. It’s more like ground turkey than deli meat turkey. I wouldn’t recommend this place anymore.

My mother delivers catering for this location, and today I took the risk of asking for a little extra kindness for her today as she is in bed sick like she's never been before. I ordered via doordash, spoke with the manager, and explained her predicament and she knew exactly who I was talking about. Admittedly, I didn't ask for anything specific aside from taking extra care of her order. They went above and beyond by upgrading her order from two soups to adding a drink, salad, and a cinnamon roll, as well as a small note to get well soon. Thank you guys so much, this has not gone unnoticed!

I used to have a schlotski's near me when I was growing up and it was so good. I was so excited to find a reason to go to Gastonia and finally eat at this one. This was a disappointment to say the least. Paid over $20 for a combo and it was disgusting. Itwent into the garbage after my first bite.

Food is expensive for what it is, however food is consistent and tasty.
I ordered a French Dip here thinking it would be good. I’ve never had it before at this particular restaurant. I also ordered Churros which tasted stale and horrible to me. So I went inside and asked for a refund or replacement for the Churros first because i tried those first. I figured my sandwich would be good without checking it because how hard is it to mess up a sandwich? So then the person tells me that they usually don’t do those kinds of things there such as refund you or replace items. So here I am thinking wow so I wasted $20-$25 at your restaurant and you can’t even give me a refund for food I didn’t even eat?! Then they said oh well I could give you a mini Cinnabon for the churros being bad. So I took that because they refused to do a refund. When I got home my sandwich meat looked weird as hell. It didn’t taste good either. Why is the roast beef metallic? I threw the whole meal in the garbage. It just didn’t look or taste right.

Love the barbeque jalepeno chicken flatbread! Lots of room to dine in.
Unexpected!!!! This place is so good! I got the original meal and the center of the roll. It was warm and delicious. The sandwich was well made not just thrown on. I would visit this place again!

Do NOT SKIP ON Schlotzsky's deli! Fantastic food, workers - the price os right!... Just amazing sandwiches. I wish they were in Charlotte NC as well! Seriously!!!
