I come to Schlotzsky's because my husband LOVES it. I don't share the same passion for it that he does. The only thing that I've really enjoyed there is the strawberry chicken salad. It is outstanding! To me, the sandwiches are not that great and seriously overpriced for what you get. They have a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine that is out of more drinks/flavors than it has available, or at least that's what I've experienced whenever I go. The employees don't seem the most competent. There's an issue EVERY single time we go, whether it's messing up how they charge our order or totally forgetting to make part of the order. It's always something. But, if you love Schlotzsky's like my husband does, I'm sure you'll like this location.

By far the best sandwiches I have ever had and their pizza was unexpectedly good. Staff was not attentive to lines or soda machine (repeatedly out of diet) or people trying to get attention from the kitchen. Ran out of Schlotzsky Sauce packet but had cups in kitchen out of reach.

Best sandwiches anywhere. The Bread is unlike anywhere else. I highly recommend the Chicken Fiesta sandwich. So good I have been there 3 days in a row.
Couple of negatives though, 2 out of 3 days the drink machine had no diet.
2 out of 3 days there was problems with the register.
They are out of Schlotzsky Hot Sauce packets so you have to remember to ask for it.
The sandwiches are worth it though!

The signature sandwich bread here is awesome! My turkey bacon club sandwich and tomato basil soup were excellent today. My husband's classic sandwich and potato soup were tasty as well.

The people where so nice and fast.but the bread for the faita sandwich was the absolute 💯 best.and the Cinnabon is so dang good .and they have a soup option. Witch is love .
Clean, organized, staffed well. Quick wait time for food, and it was the best bread we’ve had (sandwich/cruton/pizza) in Charlotte yet since moving from NY 2 years ago. Well done.
Service was bad it took almost 20min to make my order right my lunch was used up waiting for my food new cashier could not get my order right manager seemed overwhelmed the workers fixing food don't speek english and getting food orders wrong that's what I was told by management manager told me they don't change gloves or clean the cutters every time I am to ask them to change gloves and wipe off knives when ordering food manager called me with attitude because I complained I do not recommend this location they have a health score of 94 this use to be my favorite restaurant

They have a 94 sanitation score and I see why. You can watch them make your food and an older lady was playing with cheese slices like money and cards. No gloves were changed ever, nothing cleaned ever, dealing with meats, not halal friendly. Rude management. The excuse when mistakes are made, is so and so can't read or speak English yet the orders don't come out translated.. won't be back. Used to be nostalgic but im good, I got the ick.

We had schlotsksy's in Indiana but years ago they took them all out and my family was pissed. We love their food and will plan out road trips just to get their food. If you ever get the chance, go. I surprised my sister from Indiana with it when she came to visit. Needless to say, she was pumped!
