New to the area was excited to see a Shane's (Charlotte's has very few Shane's now) it was one of my families favorite weekend spots. And this location did not disappoint. Have visited several times and each time the food is really good. Kudos 👏 to the chef. And the peach tea still amazing.

Placed a take out order, half chicken plate. Chicken was not done and beans was dried up. Took the plate back, girl at front counter asked if I wanted my money back or another plate, I took another plate, They swapped out the chicken on the plate I brought back instead of a new plate, I know it was the same plate, because I still had open ketchup on the plate for the fries I was about to eat until I saw the under cooked chicken. Plate I brought back should have been thrown away and a new plate made. Unhappy I should have gotten my money back.
Me and my husband had went there today. We have not been back in a while cause they mess up orders. Well they sure did mess up order... not only that very rude customer service. Even assistant manger is rude. I reached out did not want fix issue. Can't give me general manger info supposedly they can't tell me. What kind of restaurant are u running. I will not be back. I emailed got nothing resolved. I will be reaching OWNER OR GENERAL MANGER WHO EVER GETS TO ME FIRST INSTEAD OF SOME UNPROFESSIONAL ASSISTANT.

We enjoy the food at Shane’s but the dining area is kind of rough. The floor was sticky and uneven so the table rocked. We get our own drinks and clear our own table yet they ask for a tip. The state sanitation grade is fairly good and the young lady who took our order was nice.
