New to the area was excited to see a Shane's (Charlotte's has very few Shane's now) it was one of my families favorite weekend spots. And this location did not disappoint. Have visited several times and each time the food is really good. Kudos đź‘Ź to the chef. And the peach tea still amazing.

We enjoy the food at Shane’s but the dining area is kind of rough. The floor was sticky and uneven so the table rocked. We get our own drinks and clear our own table yet they ask for a tip. The state sanitation grade is fairly good and the young lady who took our order was nice.

The customer service was fantastic! I must also give a big shoutout to the cook. He cooked my half rack of barbecue ribs just the way I like them! Thanks to the entire team behind the scenes as well!
