They can share the review. Issues with order. No reason for them to DO THE RIGHT THING. They already got paid why would they care about accuracy. "Manager" at this location huffs and sighs over the phone. It's simple. If you screw up you fix.

So I ordered 2 smoothies $20 with tax and tip. Never was delivered called the store for a resolve. They took my number and email still have not received a call or email regarding my delivery. I called the driver no answer so I don’t even know where it was delivered to. But I’m still waiting a resolve.

We stopped by today around 1 pm and I ordered my usual “banana boat add peanut butter”. I always and for a plastic cup because I have a sensory issue with styrofoam. The guy said ok no problem. When I got my smoothie it was so runny and not in a plastic cup. I asked the guy he said I can add more ice for you but that’s all I can do. He was just so rude. We will just go out of the way to the other smoothie king in Gastonia from now on.

i went there to take strawberry hulk and all they had rotty and old bananas, and when i ask,
them to used soft and fresh bananas, they refused to change it.

My order has been great this week. The store has been cleaner. Blender carafes were washed and waiting. When carafes are carefully washed, I get less foreign particles. They really do need to rinse them well. With regards to the meal replacement smoothies, I have had problems with the 32 oz. being incorrect. I had to order 20 oz. ones just to be able to drink them. I do not know what the order print out tells the employees. It seems they do not tend to measure correctly. Each person has a different idea regarding the amounts of protein powders, liquids, frozen yogurt, and ice. They do not consistently measure the portions. I have noticed that the more experienced employees have to go in back to cut fruit leaving the less experienced ones creating our smoothies. Those less experienced employees are left to take orders too, using the other employees sign in on the register. So, it makes it more difficult to give an individual a good rating.

The past 2 times ive come and ordered a bowl the first time the boy didnt even take my order down right and while i was crying he made jokes this time the same boy made it and the bananas are brown and theres a miniscule amount of granola though my order is technically correct its quite frustrating. both bowls i ordered were sloppy and the outsides and bottom of the bowl were nasty like sticky like a glob of peanut butter? definitely seemed inebriated to me eyes very blood shot and low. name on the receipt said nashir. - i mightve spelled it wrong.

The place itself is nasty. The general manager looks like a hobo, he’s always very rude, and does not fit the smoothie king image you have in your head, it’s gross. Everyone acts like they hate being there, which in turn, makes them rude. These are hard times for everyone, but geez try being happy! the place needs a major spring cleaning. From top to bottom. That includes the staff. Will never go back under these circumstances, could only imagine what it looks like in the back of the restaurant??? They just don’t care there, I’ll keep you posted if it gets a redo or no,, but right now, no!

The service was horrible!!! I was given the wrong smoothie. My daughter got sick bc she can't eat nuts. They fixed them over again. One of the employees asked me did I pay for them!!! The receipt was in my hand, I was racially profiled, and to make it worse, the manager Robert took up for her ignorance! Then told me the next one would be on him. That was a lie! He wasn't there and I was told he had to be ther. It went from horrible to just unbelievable!!!!

I came her 2 times and the service was outstanding. Brylie waited on me and made my smoothie bowl. Her customer service is 5 star. Very polite and made my smoothie bowl absolutely perfect. Shout out to Brylie!!!

Absolutely gross! I usually get a medium which turns out ok. Every time I order a large, they screw it up badly!! I had already left, so I contacted corporate to express my displeasure. Corporate promises to reimburse me for the smoothie but they need my credit card info. I gave it to them (against every scam scary bone in my body) and what do you know, NO REFUND!! Why say you are issuing a refund if you are not going to issue a refund? Either way, this smoothie is nasty, just plain nasty!! I took the lid off after tasting how disgusting it was and what the heck is this mess???? No smoothies for me for a long time!!
