I have been going to the smoothie King location since it opened. About once a week I use the app to place an order for a protein shake. Last Friday I went on my app and placed my order. I placed my order around 7 AM because I have to be at work at 7:30. When I got to the smoothie King, the young man behind the counter did not speak to me or anyone else there. There were three other customers waiting. They all had walked in for their orders. It appeared that he had not even begun to make my order. By this point, it was around 7:20 AM. There was a young girl sitting next to me that was shaking, and I asked if she was OK. She was also waiting on her order And told me she had to be at work at 7:30. I told her I do also. The boy behind the counter was over washing things out at a sink. I politely asked him if he would mind to go ahead and pour our shakes because we both had to be on our way and be at work by 7:30. His reply was I’m only one person. I said I understand that, but if you could speed things along a little for us, I placed my order online and it should be ready by now. At that point, a second employee, a female came in. She looked down at the ticket that he had printed of my order she looked at me and said your order says it isn’t even supposed to be ready until 719 because she could tell that I was getting upset. I replied to her well it is now 733. The girl and I were both still waiting on our orders. When I finally got my protein shake and left they very sarcastically said have a good day and laughed. When I got to my car and looked back at them in the window, they were both laughing. I thought the service was horrible and inexcusable and the customer service was nowhere to be seen and The choice of how to handle a regular customer was very disappointing. I also had already included a tip on the app. I will be sure not to make that mistake again.

Went got re charged smoothie place my order sat down she Neva called my name for my order end up letting another customer take my smoothie and I had to wait again with my car running All she had to do was say your order is ready

Subject: Disappointing Experience – Rewards Not Applied & Poor Service

Dear Smoothie King,

I’m a long-time customer and was very disappointed with a recent visit. I spent $10.96 and tried to use my $3 reward, but it didn’t apply—even though I met the requirements. The staff made no effort to help or explain why it didn’t work.

I also asked for my smoothie to be made thick, but it came out very loose and watery. When I politely brought it up, the employee had a nasty attitude and seemed annoyed. The whole experience was frustrating and far from what I expect from a brand I’ve supported for years.

I’d appreciate a response, an explanation about the reward issue, and some form of compensation for the poor product and service.

I would rate this place a zero out of ten if it was possible. I got a smoothie from this smoothie king and it took a long time for them to make. It looked and sounded like they were training a new worker ( the new worker was the one who made my smoothie) . I came home from school with an upset stomach and throwing up. I’m pretty sure it was food poisoning. Again I normally love this place but this time was absolutely awful.

Love this location! They are always welcoming and quick! We have, both, dined and gotten to-go orders. The other day when we visited my toddler started getting strangled on something he was eating as we walked in and the server fixed him a cup of water. I thought that was so nice of her!

We always get smoothie bowls and I love the PB Swizzle and PB Delight! The Berry Bee Sting is AMAZING as well.

I have a difficult time seeing and watching over and over, someone’s HAIR hanging and dangling all over and around and into the FOOD! NOT going back until THAT has been taken care of. Hair should be PULLED BACK. Wash your hands too. This was about two weeks ago.?

Popped in here to grab a smoothie to cool off with. Was greeted immediately by staff who were very friendly and informative about all the smoothie options. Store was sparkling clean. And the smoothie was AMAZING!!! Highly recommend coming here!
