This is possibly the worst option you can choose for food. Decided to give it another try today, and that was a mistake. The speed was slow and once again they forgot our condiments. As drinks we ordered ocean water and sprite. Upon taking a sip of my drink I realize the soda is out. I pull back in and inform them its out. They come out and say the ocean water was made with soda water because they are completely out of sprite, so what what the sprite made with? This was 2pm on a Saturday.

I always have problems with this location. Either the wait is ridiculous, the food is cold, or something is left out. I have tried Doordash as well and my orders either take an hour or more or they get canceled. If I could give zero stars I would.

Good food…service is horrible is . 20 minutes in the drive thru & only 1 car in front of me who left along with another who are behind me. Took 10 min for girl to come to speaker for the order to be placed!left they never came back to speaker. They loose more money than they make.. granny clamper could work faster than that! Can’t say if food is any good today because I never got any!

Every time I go here lately I have to wait in drive thru 15 to 20 mins before they take my order and all I get is a slushy and no one is in the drive thru. I would fire everyone here and start over.

Even when the slushee or ice cream machine are “working” my order still ain’t ever right, employees act like they’re forced to be there by gunpoint.
Waited in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes with one person in front of me, no other customers anywhere else. Ended up leaving and passed by 10 minutes later and saw that the same person that was in front of me earlier was still waiting to get their order taken...

I’m a dasher and when I tell you that was the absolute worst service I’ve ever encountered. They don’t answer the drive up slots or the drive thru and there was only 3 cars including myself I happen to catch somebody when I pulled around the drive thru to tell them the pick up order I was waiting on which was a single drink and I was as still waiting 5+ minutes….mind you there was nobody there but through the window I saw a lot of standing/sitting around except for the young lady that helped me.

This place has been awful for a number of years. The food is alright, if you ever get it. Outdoor seating area is a ghost town from an apocalypse film. Employees remain confused on whose order goes to which car. Drive thru takes forever to answer the speaker. It's steadily gotten worse over the years and I'm genuinely unsure as to why they've been open this long. Try at your own time limit. I hope you have a while to wait.
