Good food…service is horrible is . 20 minutes in the drive thru & only 1 car in front of me who left along with another who are behind me. Took 10 min for girl to come to speaker for the order to be placed!left they never came back to speaker. They loose more money than they make.. granny clamper could work faster than that! Can’t say if food is any good today because I never got any!

I’m a dasher and when I tell you that was the absolute worst service I’ve ever encountered. They don’t answer the drive up slots or the drive thru and there was only 3 cars including myself I happen to catch somebody when I pulled around the drive thru to tell them the pick up order I was waiting on which was a single drink and I was as still waiting 5+ minutes….mind you there was nobody there but through the window I saw a lot of standing/sitting around except for the young lady that helped me.

This place has been awful for a number of years. The food is alright, if you ever get it. Outdoor seating area is a ghost town from an apocalypse film. Employees remain confused on whose order goes to which car. Drive thru takes forever to answer the speaker. It's steadily gotten worse over the years and I'm genuinely unsure as to why they've been open this long. Try at your own time limit. I hope you have a while to wait.

I was given such attitude when placing my order and then after waiting I kid you not 30 minutes for my order the girl came out and gave me cold food and not once apologized for taking forever or service and her mannerism or lack there of!

Oily fries I had to send back twice seems like they just reheated the old fries I said were nasty and stuck together like a brick. Cardboard cafeteria patties which were hard and seemed like they were from earlier. $30 dollars for crap and crap service. The manager went back after telling me that my total was $8.01 and then went back and changed the amount to $9.94 because he said they pay for the cup. Bro you get the cups from restaurant depo for $15 300 cups. You are out of your mind to do that. -.- I will not support highway robbery.

Outside is not the cleanest. Each time I'm here I feel like I'm watching everyone who works here struggle. They try to get the food out fast so I'm assuming that's where the mistakes are made. They need more staff and to make sure the order is correct before coming out. Has potential.
