Love the quiet vibe and the food was very tasty. Has the turkey sandwich with fruits as a side, which I must say was a breath of fresh air from the typical sides offered in America consisting of various types of fries. A little cup of assorted fruits hits the spot.

I love this place! My wife and I went the other day and I got the Quinoa Bowl and the flavor was amazing! The wife got the Vegan Oat waffle and loved it. I have never been disapointed with anything I've ordered. Thank you Carla for alway putting love in everything you make.

Sprouts is THE location for unique, healthy meals in Gastonia. Many gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options for those with special needs. Her salad portions are HUGE and her daily specials are always worth exploring. Our children LOVE going here and when I surprise them with one of Carla's baked treats. We eat here every week and it is always delicious.

Food was pretty good. I have a lot of food sensitivities and asked for no lime in my juice. I'm 100% sure it had lime in it. There was nothing else that should have been acidic in the juice. I asked and they denied putting it in. I drank some and had the reaction I have to citrus, so I didn't finish it and am still in pain. Disappointed in the service here for that reason. Bathrooms are gross- hence only 3 stars for atmosphere.

Overall an interesting place that is hidden behind an organic market. I usually don't eat a lot of vegetarian/vegan food but what I have had has been good. I had high hopes and they were met by the majority of items.
I had a variety of things;
Oat Waffle: crispy, great taste and texture. The fruit compote and cinnamon butter really tied it together
Breakfast platter: The white bread was okay, it wasn't toasted that well so slightly disappointing, the scrambled eggs were good and the turkey bacon was okay.
Mushroom cap sandwich: so the description made it seem as if it was gonna be a big mushroom caps as the buns and then of course condiments in the middle. It was a mushroom cap, with condiments in between regular buns. We did add a protein, my only issue the mushroom was very vinegary, I'm assuming they marinate the mushroom in apple cider vinegar or something to obtain a certain texture but it completely took away from the sandwich with such a harsh taste. It would be better to marinate it, maybe rinse it and then do a seasoning and quick grill. It needed something.
Vegetarian Benedict: actually very good, the eggs were done properly and the sauce actually had a good taste.
Biscuits and gravy: It was okay for a vegetarian option... definitely doesn't compare to the real thing but I don't think it's a bad substitute either.

Overall atmosphere was calm and quiet, the place wasn't lit well and my only issue was cleaning your own table. I don't mind cleaning up, but with the prices and everything I didn't think I we'd be cleaning up our dishes (scraping our own plates, separating silverware and cups) things I would think a server would do especially if a tip is asked during payment. It's just a personal thing as someone who has worked in the restaurant industry for over 25 years.

The workers were nice, I won't say they weren't, very friendly and when I was about to wipe and spray my own table a woman came out just in time to offer to do it for me.

A very cute spot, decent food and good option for someone doing a certain diet such as this or just wanting to eat clean.
Probably will come back, mainly for takeout since I did enjoy that waffle a bit to much~
