I am extremely disappointed and concerned by my experience at this location.
I ordered a Strawberry Refresher and clearly informed the staff that I have a severe coconut allergy. I specifically requested that oat milk be used instead of coconut milk, and I made my allergy very clear before the drink was prepared.
Despite this, the drink was made with coconut milk in addition to oat milk. Shortly after consuming it, I suffered a severe allergic reaction that resulted in me being hospitalized for four days.
This was a completely preventable situation and a serious failure to follow basic allergy safety protocols. Food allergies are not preferences — they are medical conditions, and ignoring them can have life-threatening consequences.
Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location, and I am seeking legal counsel regarding this incident. I strongly urge management to retrain staff on allergy awareness and proper drink preparation to ensure this does not happen to anyone else.

I usually have great experiences at Starbucks, but this visit was disappointing. My husband asked if you sell a “Medicine Ball,” and instead of explaining that it’s called a Honey Citrus Mint Tea, the response was very rude and dismissive: “We don’t have that.” A simple, polite explanation would have gone a long way. Customer service really matters, especially when someone is just asking a question.

This has got to he the slooooowest starbucks I have ever been to and then their drive thru setup forces you to stay in the drive thru line with no way to get out of it at all, just stuck there for literally 50 mins, maybe longer even, for a coffee. Just absolutely insane for a company like this. This is why I very rarely to to starbucks anymore because their service is just so terrible and their coffee is mediocre at best, but just nobody else open at this time of day on my way out of town on a long drive. This location in particular is just horrible and the management needs addressed because someone is not holding the staff here accountable or not training them properly or short staffing or all of the above. Drive thru setup is just crazy.

Every time, I genuinely enjoy my coffee—I place my order online and simply pick it up in the store, no interaction needed. And compared with the Starbucks on Robinwood Road, this location is truly on a completely different level.

I placed an order for pick up on my way to work as I got there to pick it up I received my breakfast sandwich and was told I had to wait 19 minutes on my coffee drink. I asked for my money back and for the manager. The lady advised the manager that I threatened her and wanted to cause a scene. I told the manager I didn’t threaten any one. The manager was polite and said I’d be happy to give you a refund. The co worker also said to me you didn’t threaten anyone, I seen everything that happened. They were very busy and it was chaotic and very unorganized. They had orders every where and no one knew who ordered what. I come to Starbucks all the time and I never have an issue. I will not be returning.
