Drive thru backed up onto main road so I went inside. Ended up waiting 30 minutes for a cup of ice and refresher. Ppl in the drive thru more like 40-1hr …..craziness

This is probably the dirtiest Starbucks I’ve ever been in before. I’m sitting at a table with my family and I can see trash under the fridge that’s very obviously never been moved and a packaged banana bread laying on the floor in front of it. The drink pickup counter is always a disaster, they’re almost always out of necessary ingredients, and the staff is highly unmotivated. More than once I’ve attempted to order a coffee and something to eat, nobody helps each other here…I’ve had my food given to someone else several times. As a lifelong restaurant worker, teamwork always makes the shift easier and smoother…not here lol they stick to their stations and work at an incredibly slow pace. I honestly try to avoid this location for all of the above reasons….i wouldn’t even know where to start to give this place the revamp it desperately needs.

This place is absolutely ridiculous I have been In line now for over 40 minutes. I can't get out of line because of the way the drive-throigh is . This place is sad . I should be asking for my money back and gas money . Ridiculous.Wheelchair accessibility: Anyway just a FYI they need help at this location

There are 4 employees at 5 am and for some reason when I got here and there were at least 2 employees around 4:42 they just were okay with not running the drive thru and just having me aimlessly circle the drive thru. Sit and see if they could hear me. I saw them put on headsets once the two other people got in at 4:45. Sam let me know they open at 5 and was kind I just find it awful customer service in general and I am a SAHM who has been coming at the 4:30 open pretty regularly the past year. Not sure if it’s the lack of staffing but I feel for the employees and the customer appreciation has obviously suffered on the companies side by not staffing appropriately. Or please update your hours on Google.

Don’t go to this Starbucks if you have plans- I waited in the drive thru line for 40 minutes only to be given the wrong order. You’d have better luck at the Target Starbucks or Belmont Starbucks.

Horrible service waited 25 minutes for a Frappuccino and walked out without my drink. There is no excuse for having to wait 30 minutes for a drink, higher new management and staff horrible horrible service.

This place always runs smooth and the employees are always nice.Went through drive-thru and ordered two drinks. I mumbled or they didn't hear me, only did one because that's what they heard. Offered to come in and order the second one. Ordered it inside and the drink was already made.
