Almost EVERYTIME we order from here there's always an issue with the order wether it's onions on a no onion burger , no fries , drinks are diet etc. At this point why even eat out if there's always issues??

The staff is always friendly. I don't love that pulling around front is the standard when ordering in the drive thru , but the wait usually isn't too terrible. The price of the food is still fair, although they got rid of most of their best combo deals. They have this labubu promotion in their windows that tends to draw my kids into wanting to eat there, only for them to be irritated when it's not actually a toy they can get in their bag. it's actually a sweepstakes that ended in early October , it's now almost December and they haven't taken it down.

First i want to say omg.this store is known to be miserable and slower than life itself. Ok so I want to personally thank the young man by the name of Ty.this gentleman although young and with his own style was clean and carried himself and spoke wonderful to me and my wife .he went over our complicated order multiple times without and attitude or mistakes and made sure we knew exactly what we ordered. The young lady at the window created us with a smile and the 2 of them worked great together. She had me pull up into a spot and surprised to me in about 6 or 7 minutes my food came out and was perfect .our sandwiches were on point as well as the fries and our shakes were perfect..again I want to thank Ty for the way we were treated as a lot of times young folks in today's world treat me in a bad way based on my looks .we will stop in this store every time I come to gastonia and I hope to see him again .

There is nothing more disrespectful then to have two employees look at you standing at the counter, and know you are there but not say ONE WORD to you. Intentionally ignoring you! You know when a person is making it a point not to acknowledge the customer. The one girl looked like she wanted to, but the main lady gave her a look, and she retreated!! Then trying to get a drink out of a machine and to think its broken, and finally after standing at the counter being ignored I decided to just make my drink. You seriously saw me standing up there and a bar code or even a Hello wasn't even given? And the kicker was, when I walked in, the Chef took the fries that were sitting in the basket put them in a container. I was excited because I was going to get fresh fries. She dropped new ones while she made my burger.....And yes yes I recieved THE OLD ONES!! After thinking about it, she took them out with tongs instead of tossing them!!!!!! I should have known when I pulled into the parking lot it looked like it closed down. I don't have this restaurant in my town, and have been stopping by for years. People deserve more respect than what is given. To me that means you don't care about your customers keeping your doors open. Totally angry wasting my hard earned money! And I eat out a lot, follow my reviews. I treat you exactly like you treat me! The burger was at least good, but bland and NO flavor!

This is a great restaurant …food is always fresh and delicious. Store is clean and the prices can’t be beat. Fries are sooo good. You can tell that the manager takes his job seriously. Best value in Gastonia for burgers, fries, and shakes!

We eat here atleast every two weeks and the food is consistently good. While it's a little on the pricey side its full of flavor. -1 star for everything because of the price, its all self service, and with the location you may have to deal with some homeless people. With all that said its a strong 4*.
