I placed an online order. I walked in & stood there for at least 10 minutes before anyone came to the front to help me. The Meatballs tasted burnt & old. No pickles as I had ordered. I order regularly from here & will not be back.

I used to visit this location regularly, but in the last few months it has been rediculous. In the past 4 months I have ordered twice and each time the meat was half and hardly any veggies. Any other subway here makes it better but this store in particular has decided to go the way of Chpotle and started cutting back on their ingredients. I will not be ordering from this store ever again. Hey, manager, you think you’re slick but what you are going to do is going to make them close their doors. Used to be a good place but whoever they hired needs to be replaced and a full revamp and training.

For a while I have not been visiting the subway in Walmart in West Jefferson because they were closed more than open. I went in because I have missed them and the guys working were wonderful and the place was really clean! I'm happy they are finally open again. By the way, their health score was 100!

I ordered delivery and the sandwiches were barely wrapped. If someone is getting an order delivered by a stranger, it may be a good idea to wrap them up tight, and put stickers on them. The Subway near my work, in Charlotte, does that with both layers of wrapping. I thought they would do that here.Second, my mother found plastic in her sandwich, and they left stuff off that she ordered. This was a disgrace.

Went there today 02/27/24 with a coupon and got over charged for so be careful when dealing with them I had to call my bank and get my money

When I came in there was only 1 employee up front, he mentioned the other being in the bathroom. They ere very busy. The employee working the line was doing his absolute best but the other one came back from the bathroom and didn't even wash his hands before putting gloves on. GROSS!!! He wasn't friendly at all. Every time he didn't have an ingredient on the line he rolled his eyes at the customer before going to the back to get it. He was slamming lids and condiment bottles. It was very uncomfortable for me and it wasn't even my order. The man that seemed to be in charge was GREAT

My review is just to inform anyone wanting to use the coupons at this particular location.Just an fyi, to date this location doesn’t accept corporate coupons. Franchise owners with subway can decide if their location accepts mailer coupons or not.We go here regularly, sometimes service is great and at other times it’s been poor but I take the good with the bad. :)

The girl that was training the other girl was do buddy and had an attitude problem. Our sandwiches were extremely scarse on the meat and toppings. Then she wanted to try to tell me how my sandwich should be. Little girl do what customers request when you're making their food in which they are paying for. And get rid of the attitude. It's Subway !

On Wednesday we ordered 3 subs for delivery. About 30 minutes later the manager called and said they were out of bread. Come on now. So naturally I was like cancel the order. After about a week of waiting for a refund, me and Matt went up there and inquired about our order. The store manager replaced our subs and that was it. Overall bad experience that was made right.
