The manager Amanda is so rude and nasty , she tells all her business to her employees while making my sandwich then when I ask for extra meat she rolls her eyes she needs to be let go of immediately.

Subway on Hudson is a horrible place to eat at I've worked there for a few months, and the manager is a rude two-faced person the place is disgusting the back has mold growing in places, and the floors are black. The bread you probably might be eating dropped on the floor they barely cleaned the bathrooms and the dishes were not getting washed properly old food would still be on the dishes. And let's get into the fact that the manager would sleep in the back and keep her and the husband's belongings there. The assistant manager is her husband would take off his shirt at night and still would serve customers. Some of my coworkers told me he was racist I had seen moldy strawberries on the prep table before. Multiple people have told the owner about the conditions of her store and people living there she knows and she has been aware for some time of the quality of the food. coworkers have sent me pictures of the things that went on at subway.

Mrs. Amanda the manager is very nice..She was on her way out of town and came back to fix my order. She takes pride in her customers, and has amazing customer service skills and she's always polite, Thank you.

Where do I even start . I placed an online order for ASAP pick up as I arrived 10 minutes after my supposed pick up time the girl behind the counter was helping other guest. My sandwich still had not been finished. I waited patiently as she greeted other guest and made their sandwiches. She then asked me if I was waiting on my sandwich that should’ve been done 20 minutes ago . My sandwich was not made correctly and made me sick after eating it. Went to urgent care with food poisoning . Do not eat from this location

I’ve been waiting for a pickup order now for over 10 minutes and this is what everyone is doing. I’m an Uber Eats driver and when my order is late, that causes issues with my money. There were 3 employees and the manager was sitting down doing nothing. The young woman behind the counter needs to take some lessons on how to be an adult while working. And who cares whether he can barely speak English? (As you so boldly stated out loud) The only customer you had was me and apparently my time is not a matter of your concern. The only one that was working was a little girl sweeping. It’s very frustrating when everyone is doing something else other than their job. And to this manager, maybe get up and help your employees next time

Hello gastonia. Subway on Hudson should be closed. When I first came inside was not greeted at all . The white man appearance is not clean. White base boards are dirty from all day. Then a young black girl comes to make my sandwichs she doesn't know what #33 is really . And then I look back a white lady comes seating down . Phones out like the table is her office. But then she preps my food. The white guy goes outside to talk to homeless person comes back to make my food put on gloves but never washed his hand. The veggies are not cut right and tomatoes old all wrong. At checkout I asked did they do rewards still? So he says yes . I put my number cell number in. He usedmy coupon two subs for 13.But why when he did that he added tip ??? Subway shouldn't have access to add tips to order . I will be contacting the leadership of this business. There disgusting I mean disgusting people.

This is the second time this has happened. I'm so angry. They left out basically all my toppings!!!! I can't even eat it I'm so mad. There was only lettuce and tomato. And when I called no one answered. I thought I give them a second chance but I can't even. Wish I could give no stars

Nothing was fresh the bread was hard the atmosphere was nasty they don't care what they serve lazy I don't know who was worse the employee or the manager anybody that's willing to eat here is nasty or don't have much money these place is terrible I'm telling you and I usually don't leave reviews but people need to know DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY IN THESE PLACE

Chose this subway being closer to me, but the last few times I have come here, the dining room and behind the counter needs cleaning. I realize they cannot get people to work, but the ones working should attempt to keep the area cleaner when there are no customers. They have a 96 rating which I don’t know how. There was left out roast beef at the cutter and looked like built up meat on the blade part. So I don’t know who to complain to but that’s my rant for the day. Possibly will have to find a cleaner location

I had sent someone to pick up my order which was supposed to be two 12-inch Philly cheesesteak subs. When I got my subs they were just plain to steak stubs nothing on it, not what I ordered. It took me about 9 times to get someone to answer the phone and to remake my order. The person I spoke with on the phone was absolutely rude and wasn't going to remake my subs because I didn't have the original ones that they made wrong. The lady on the phone was rude and not only that she made it clear that if I didn't save my subs from the ones they messed up I would not be getting my redone, they need to make it clear on the counter or on the menu inside that if the order is not right and you don't save your food whether it be a week or two you won't be getting it remade ridiculous. She told me but I won't do it again. When I went inside to pick up my order that I recalled in dirt road rolling eyes very short non-professional was what I would call it not polite at alland did not apologize for nothing. When I got my new order back home I had asked the lady did the Philly cheese steak come with sauteed peppers and onions and she told me yes I should have kept my steak subs from the start this was the worst Philly cheese steak I've ever had in my life big clumps of raw onion and peppers and God forbid what happened to the damn Philly cheesesteak meat it was clearly the ungodliness worst experience and awful sandwich I've ever tried to eat and I'm not even going to consider taking my food back the second time I will not ever eat there again they need to take Philly cheese steak off the menu because they clearly don't know how Philly cheese steak sandwiches off the menu because they clearly don't know how to make they clearly don't know how to make clearly don't know how to make them.
