I have gone there 2 times on my lunch break. First time the bread they gave me was crusty, not soft or fresh at all. Second time they did not cut my sub in half & apparently they are not allowed to toast flat bread anymore ? like um OK anyways i have a 30min lunch break ONLY & every time i go here it's a inconvenience.

Order a BLT footlong online. Order said it would be ready at a certain time. I arrived 5 mins before that time only to wait a additional 25 mins. Well after I got home a settled i took a few bites of my sandwich only to realize they gave me raw bacon and the lettuce look like it needed to be thrown out 3 days ago. Since then I have been so sick on my stomach. be careful eating from here.

We have been to this subway many times and this is by far the best service I have received.in the past employees would be irate and not listen to us then get upset when we repeated what we wanted. I dreaded coming to this location for a long time. But they must have hired new people because the service today was absolutely amazing. They were training someone and she did awesome. Her team members made sure to pay attention to her and guide her. All 3 ladies did amazing, I'm sorry I didn't catch any names!!!

This Subway Sucks had a new employee who tried to put roast beef on a all American club which consist of turkey ham and bacon seems like I Only Got Lettuce and Bacon… she’s not being trained correctly by the Spanish girl and the Caucasian girl who normally work nights it’s only sandwiches it’s not rocket science
Asked to cut in 3 employee calls from personal cell phone and asks again because she didn’t understand proceed to toll me she never heard of that I told her it’s suggested on the app and she hangs up.. went to store pick food up and get home and my sandwich cut in half…… sloppy wilted lettuce soggy bread I really don’t like when I’m ignored and food made how they want and they just disregard the instructions after receiving a call from Courtney on her personal cell and she tells me she didn’t make the sandwich another cashier did so she refused to cut my sandwich even after she called not sure what the attitude was for but I’m definitely going to be making a further trip to Dallas since they can’t get something as simple as cutting a sandwich in 3 as I stated on app and confirmed when she called on her personal cell…… tried to call store no answer but looked at the number that called me and called no answer only text messages saying she didn’t make the sandwich someone else did????? So why couldn’t it be communicated??? That’s right they don’t care to go by instructions
