I did not read the reviews before going here. I haven’t been to this location in a very long time, so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. The service was spectacular, the staff were friendly, detailed oriented with my order, and prompt. The place was clean and inviting. My only concern was no one had on hair nets or their hair pulled back and out of the way. Not sure if hair nets are no longer required in the industry, but I think a whole bonnet or something needs...

We have been to this subway many times and this is by far the best service I have received.in the past employees would be irate and not listen to us then get upset when we repeated what we wanted. I dreaded coming to this location for a long time. But they must have hired new people because the service today was absolutely amazing. They were training someone and she did awesome. Why was I misinformed? Why did the lady tell me, no, we don't make salads anymore?
