I went to the subway off of 29/74 highway. To get two sub but right in front of me. The guy kill a big on the counter. Where you make the sandwich.

Okay so I go to this particular subway very often sometimes 3 days a week . On this particular morning I got my wife lunch ... when I went to pay their register would not take a debit card payment so the employee called the owner the owner instructed them to tell me to go get cash out of the ATM !?!? Because my wife needed lunch I went and got cash. . I went to pay for my order and the register wouldn't take cash either so the worker called the owner again and while the worker was telling he owner that it wouldn't take cash I said yes and after I was instructed to go get cash he immediately asked her to give me the phone. He then went on to say that he did not appreciate me intimidating his employee I told him I didn't intimidate anyone .I asked the employee did I do that ? And they said no .
He just got in his feelings because I said what I said so I told him not to try and attack my character because he is not handling his business . He wanted to go back and forth so I decided to leave after he said he can't sell me my order . You just lost a very good customer !!! Make sure you all continue to tune in to the Show ! 5:00pm est !!!

I like to place my orders online and pick up on my way home from work, but every time I order from here they screw up my sub!
Idk how hard it is to read a simple order?? I order the same thing every time.......meatball sub, toasted on wheat and pay the $2 Xtra for Xtra meatballs. Apparently they don't read their orders all the way through because 9/10 they do not make it with Xtra meatballs! I have called and complained, talked to a manager and even call after I order to make sure they get it right(which I shouldn't have to do!) I love subway, I crave it at least every other week and have ordered from here from years, same order. You would think one day they would start getting them right!!??

Went there for the Happy Gilmore 2 Meal and found out it's not really a meal deal. You just pay $1 extra for the Cup. The Staff was really nice but looked really confused when making the food. Had to tell them twice on everything I wanted on my sub. Overall though the food was good and I'll definitely be back.

Subway in west Gastonia is the best restaurant period. Staff is always so friendly and Shawn and Bill the owners are fantastic people. I can't leave out Machella..sorry I misspelled it... is totally awesome. She has been the best Manager they have had working for them.

I went in to get a sub. Everything was fine until I looked at the lettuce. It was pink. Everything else looked fresh. I asked for fresh lettuce and got a huff and an eye roll from the employee. She gave me fresh lettuce and a very good sandwich. I don't know why they would put pink lettuce out on the serving line and huff and roll their eyes at me for not being willing to eat it.

Went to subway for lunch and it turned into a an unfortunate situation. Would you believe that subway puts a another customer order in front of mines his sub is now in front of my sandwich. Which makes this is so confusing for us (customers) hes saying his topping over my head literally 🤔. She put his food in my bag which is totally different from what I ordered. My lunch is ruined and I have to go back within 5five mins to get replace but before i do miss subway says I have to have receipt. What really no apologies or anything for the inconvenience. Please get with it . 🙏 so annoying 😑

Door dashed from this location and received a sandwich with about 8 shreds of lettuce and very little other ingredients. Sandwich is mostly bread. Will never order from this location

Dining room tables were nasty with trash all over them when I came in...should have been a sign! No one in the store other than the 2 employees Wilson and Deriah. Wilson came from the back when I entered the store, I said hey how ya doing...no response! He said what can I get you, and I said again, how ya doing? He muttered something, not sure what. I told him what I wanted and he let out a sigh, it was 2 sandwiches and NO ONE was in there...it was like I was bothering him for coming in there expecting him to do his job! How dare me?!?! He was rude as hell, slinging cheese, etc...so I told him I wouldn't bother him anymore and he could keep those 2 sandwiches. I don't need an attitude from some kid that hates his job! Find a new one! I see why they have a 94 rating, they are lazy as hell and don't do anything if there's not upper management in there to make them do it! I will never go back to this store..ever! I'll go across town before I'll spend another dime here!

I wish I could be more enthusiastic about this place but the reality is if you want a decent sandwich your going to have to pay extra for meats ! They dont look as good as what TV ads show
