I had a double meat tuna. When I got home and took my 1st bite it seemed strange. When I opened the sandwich I discovered that meat was dried out like the receive it in never mixed for use. This the most God awful taste. What a waste of my time and money. I done with subway

I recently visited this Subway location, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service is not a priority here.
First off, the owner’s attitude was shockingly rude. Simple inquiries about their menu or current promotions were met with curt responses, making the entire experience uncomfortable. It’s one thing to have a bad day, but consistently treating customers poorly is unacceptable.
Speaking of promotions, this location refuses to accept Subway coupons and doesn’t honor the current $6.99 campaign for any sub that Subway is widely advertising. This was particularly frustrating, especially when other locations have no problem applying these deals. It feels like this owner is deliberately choosing to ignore corporate promotions, which is disappointing for loyal customers.
Moreover, online orders are not accepted, which is incredibly inconvenient, especially in an era where convenience is key. It’s as if this location is stuck in the past, unwilling to adapt to modern customer needs or even Subway’s own marketing strategies.
Lastly, the quality of the product itself leaves much to be desired. The ingredients did not seem fresh, and the sandwich was poorly assembled. It seems the owner does not care about the quality of the food being served, which only adds to the overall negative experience.
I would recommend finding another Subway location if you’re looking for good customer service, fresh food, and a hassle-free experience. This location falls short on all fronts.

2nd time I've been to this location and blown away by the service of the actual franchise owner... takes care of his store, employees and customers.. That is a true leader by example... And the man makes sandwiches like like no other..true professional

Why would you ever get a sub here? I just blew $40 on subs for feeding my family and we only got halfway through them before we threw them away. Price wise they aren’t better than the other chains. Never going to this place again. It’s not “hello fresh!” It’s “hello yuck!”

I don't know what happened to this restaurant since last year at this time. That's the last time I ate here and I left out of there saying that was the best Subway I've ever had!!!! Well something happened cuz today it was terrible the bread wasn't right,the meats didn't seem fresh as I'm used to getting, nor were the vegetables. Terrible sandwhich!!!!! I don't know if it's under new ownership or management but something's got to change I hope this was just a bad day for them and just a simple one off. And I'm not even getting into the hard time the young lady gave me about having to sign for just picking up my so called " convenient" In app order!!! Never have I ever had to sign in store for any online purchase from anywhere!!!! Fast food or not!!! This trip here was a terrible experience from start to finish.....

Doesn't honor certain Subway coupons..Thought if you bought into a franchise you can't pick and choose..He hates seeing me walk in because I ALWAYS have the coupons from the sale papers..I will never go back to that location..

My girl and I came here because we had a taste for some of their cookies. I decided to expand on that idea and ordered us to 6-in Subs. One was tuna the other Philly steak with custom toppings. Somehow the subs tasted us season.. the cookies tasted freezer burned or something odd and the soda had 17% of its original fizz. The (manager?) was very awkward, not rude but not customer service like either. He was more interested in correcting his worker than helping him by making subs so we could get in and put. The employee working was very nice and pleasant but took a little longer than usual to make the subs (vs the typical subway speed). Unfortunately I feel this was a waste of $19 + $3 tip.

I'd like to say that because I ordered the buy one get one free through the app was the reason they skimped on the meat. I'm afraid that isn't true. The Subway at Hudson and Lynhaven didn't have a problem putting on the regular amount of meat. I ordered The Subway Series Supreme Meats. There was exactly 1 slice of each meat that didn't even match all the other slices. You would maybe get 3 of the 4 meats in each bite. These meats are thinly sliced so that you tasted more bread than anything. Extra oil and vinegar....not. I believe it was less than normal. The deal was good if we could have gotten a sandwich as advertised and not skimped on. I will not be visiting this location again. It would be worth the extra 3 miles to go to Hudson Ave.
