Doesn't honor certain Subway coupons..Thought if you bought into a franchise you can't pick and choose..He hates seeing me walk in because I ALWAYS have the coupons from the sale papers..I will never go back to that location..

My girl and I came here because we had a taste for some of their cookies. I decided to expand on that idea and ordered us to 6-in Subs. One was tuna the other Philly steak with custom toppings. Somehow the subs tasted us season.. the cookies tasted freezer burned or something odd and the soda had 17% of its original fizz. The (manager?) was very awkward, not rude but not customer service like either. He was more interested in correcting his worker than helping him by making subs so we could get in and put. The employee working was very nice and pleasant but took a little longer than usual to make the subs (vs the typical subway speed). Unfortunately I feel this was a waste of $19 + $3 tip.

I'd like to say that because I ordered the buy one get one free through the app was the reason they skimped on the meat. I'm afraid that isn't true. The Subway at Hudson and Lynhaven didn't have a problem putting on the regular amount of meat. I ordered The Subway Series Supreme Meats. There was exactly 1 slice of each meat that didn't even match all the other slices. You would maybe get 3 of the 4 meats in each bite. These meats are thinly sliced so that you tasted more bread than anything. Extra oil and vinegar....not. I believe it was less than normal. The deal was good if we could have gotten a sandwich as advertised and not skimped on. I will not be visiting this location again. It would be worth the extra 3 miles to go to Hudson Ave.

The sandwiches were good but I wasn't asked if I wanted either sandwich toasted. I'm a huge s***** for subway cookies and it was so disappointing to bite into my chocolate chip cookie only to taste how old, hard and crunchy it was! They are supposed to be soft and gooey, I don't mind a little crunch but these were not edible at all.

This location is supposed to close at 9:30pm every time I pull up at 9 o’clock because I get off work late it’s always close at 8:50 absolutely ridiculous need a new owner

This subway went above and beyond today to provide a party platter on short notice. I was trying to provide an easy meal for a family friend who had an unexpected death in their family. I had gone to several grocery stores in the area and no one was willing to take an order without 24/48 hours notice. The manager had a lovely platter made for me in an hour. I was incredibly grateful and would definitely recommend this subway to anyone! Thank you so much for your great service!

If I could give them a zero star rating I would . I arrived to the store at 9:00pm. As I walked to the store I seen a man waving his hands saying that they were closed. He also was serving customers as he did this. Google says this location closes at 9:30pm. There is no reason for him to be closing early. That's one way to lose business from customers. He basically shooed me away. I refuse to eat at this location in the future, and I will be letting fellow associates know this as well. This was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I will not be returning.

This is our subway now. This was the best experience we've had in forever. The bar was clean, the veggies were fresh and cut properly, the staff were super friendly, and our sandwiches were perfect.
