The customer service SUCKS!. The fire alarm went off and they was told they can go back inside and they wanted to continue standing outside. I placed a ONLINE order and that girl did NOT want to get my order until I basically demanded to get my order. And let’s not forget, everyone else was INSIDE the other buildings still shopping and doing their jobs. That girl definitely was a little hateful brat. Learn some customer service skills. That crap don’t fly with me.

First and last time at this location. When I came in, 2 employees were standing at the front. Didn’t acknowledge me, just stared. Went to go pay and said 2 words to me along with if I wanted my receipt. I said no. Employee didn’t say anything after that. Customer service is lacking. It’s not worth coming back.

Haven’t been to a Sweet Frog in a while. The pricing absolutely blew my mind. It equates to $33 for a half gallon of ice cream. They also charge $2 for a small cup of ice water with a straight face. I will never return to a Sweet Frog. Hilariously terrible

I used to come here often for my favorite sundae, but not anymore. The service has gone downhill, especially at night. If you go after 9:30, the young ladies working there get upset and frustrated—they don’t even look at us or talk, which feels very disrespectful.
I don’t understand how such a well-reputed organization allows this. Nowadays, most of the staff act like they don’t care, with no effort to welcome customers or even offer a simple smile. There was a time when service here felt warm and genuine, but not anymore.
I worked in retail for 25 years, and not once did I ever disrespect a customer. It’s disappointing to see this standard not being upheld.
I’m giving 5 stars but to the girl who is working by herself today Sunday. This place is so busy and she needs some help to keep this place clean the trash can is full inside and outside, tables are messy inside and outside and trash in the floor. I think this place need extra help on busy days…
