Haven’t been to a Sweet Frog in a while. The pricing absolutely blew my mind. It equates to $33 for a half gallon of ice cream. They also charge $2 for a small cup of ice water with a straight face. I will never return to a Sweet Frog. Hilariously terrible

I used to come here often for my favorite sundae, but not anymore. The service has gone downhill, especially at night. If you go after 9:30, the young ladies working there get upset and frustrated—they don’t even look at us or talk, which feels very disrespectful.
I don’t understand how such a well-reputed organization allows this. Nowadays, most of the staff act like they don’t care, with no effort to welcome customers or even offer a simple smile. There was a time when service here felt warm and genuine, but not anymore.
I worked in retail for 25 years, and not once did I ever disrespect a customer. It’s disappointing to see this standard not being upheld.

I’m giving 5 stars but to the girl who is working by herself today Sunday. This place is so busy and she needs some help to keep this place clean the trash can is full inside and outside, tables are messy inside and outside and trash in the floor. I think this place need extra help on busy days…

The selection of ice cream and sorbet is delicious. There should be something for everyone to enjoy. The topping bar seemed endless with all the coices from candies and healthier choices like nuts and fruit. I enjoyed it and will be returning to try more flavors

Plus there are tons of options available for toppings and sauces.

$40 for 3 small cups of frozen yogurt is a bit much. All the machines were in defrost mode, so not as frozen as it should be and liquid was going into cups. Kids love it. Just wish there was more fair pricing or some sort of discount program for going there frequently.

Always a fun stop. Clean, colorful, and great for kids or just a treat. Lots of flavors and toppings to pick from. Staff is friendly too.

Only froyo in Gaston does not disappoint! They move the line when it gets busy & flavors are rarely out of order. 2 people can easily spend nearly $20 on the smallest cup size. Wish the price per ounce was less, we’d go everyday!
