The quality of the meal has gone downhill. Also the one time I order after 12AM, there's no beef? 3 hours before closing? Sounds fishy to me. McDonald's or waffle house is clearly the superior option as they always have the ingredients to make the food I order.

They made me wait 45 minutes when I first got there and tell me that I couldn’t order from the front desk. I waited 45 minutes, went back in and there was two people at the front desk and she told me I couldn’t order from the front desk, it had to be from the mobile screen. Cuz there register was down no out of Oder sighn nun the employees was just standing there laughing but it’s my fault for going to a so called good restaurant when it’s 1 and a half star rating

Went to the drive through and told the people in the drive through 4 X and at the window 3X to make sure that the employees understood that I can’t eat meat and that I need black bean replacement. Each time they said that they understood. Welp got home and only got black beans on one item in my $7 box. I tried calling the store 3X and I get a beeping sound instead of someone answering the phone. Said thing about this is this makes the 2nd time. My husband warned me about the drive thru but I said I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt….😞

Bye i ate here nd they put roaches in my food nd called it taco seasoning, baby i see the leg still moving, nd on top of that the chalupa was colder than my dog body after it got hit by a car rest in piece chanel gucci prada the 3rd bless ha soul, y'all are sick and the devil reincarnated i called my pastor and he's coming to bless and throw holy water on you hoes running this joint, it's sick how yall be running this place. Nd on top of that it gave me food poising. And not to mention this roach laid up on the floor like she pay rent, like is this one of ur tenants? hoe need to be evicted... ASAP!

Horrible service. This place cannot be saved idk why they don’t just fire everybody and start over. The line is always long around the building the employees act like is your fault they working. And they don’t even give the right food. Half the time it’s cold and missing items. What’s the point of keeping the place open if you only got 2 stars barely on the spectrum. Close it down. Doordashed tonight and half my food was missing all I got was my fries n drink. AND EVEN THE DRINK WAS WRONG. I know doordash gave me tht refund back!!! Or I was gonna go up there myself. They pay y’all 13hr babes half hall still in highschool at least try to be decent.

Do not pick up door dash from here you will be waiting forever. Staff acts like it's an inconvenience to help you. They don't address customers as they come in and they leave you standing at the counter like they can't see you and I'm not john Cena! Management needs to get this store better staffed with a more customer friendly bunch for a night crew.
