Went to the taco bell on West Franklin Blvd. I ordered the $7 supreme luxe box. The hard shell was not a supreme, was hardly anything in it. The chicken chalupa taco was not a supreme taco. Waited in the drive through for about 15 minutes. Very poor service. Be nice to make it right.. I will not go back to that taco bell after tonight.

This is one place I cannot wait for the AI robots to replace the workers so I can actually get some good service! Every time. Super long to cook because the workers are busy talking on the phone, clowning around, anything but preparing the food. Is a requirement to get a job here, lack of care, speed, or customer service? Why does it take 20 minutes to get to value menu items when I’m the only one in the restaurant?

I came here doing my job at 2:30 AM.
I had a Uber eats Pick up from this location and after waiting 20 minutes in the line, they told me someone else picked up the order and that I would have to reach out to Uber to get it canceled.
These restaurants that willingly sign up for Uber eats need to understand it is 100% their responsibility to ensure that the driver is confirming the order before they leave the restaurant. Failure to do so is not anyone else’s fault except the employees. You guys wasted my time you guys are shooting around with my job so you guys get a big fat one star! Enjoy!
The quality of the meal has gone downhill. Also the one time I order after 12AM, there's no beef? 3 hours before closing? Sounds fishy to me. McDonald's or waffle house is clearly the superior option as they always have the ingredients to make the food I order.
