Kay provided excellent service while taking our order. She was professional, attentive, and fully engaged, making the experience smooth. My freeze was made perfectly, and I really enjoyed it. However, my father's supreme taco was missing the sour cream, even though the receipt showed it was ordered correctly. It seems the kitchen made an error. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because of that mistake. Otherwise, everything else, including Kay's outstanding...

Food was excellent today and we went through the drive thru around 1 today. The cashier at the window was great. Had wonderful manners and excellent service. Thanks for this great experience. Shelby isn't as good as this location.

This place is coming down hill fast..night before last I went there 10 minutes before closing time and no service .last night I came by, 1 car in front of me in the drive through so I thought I would get service I did! 40 minutes later. Ridiculous! They couldn't accept credit ? "cash only" I was told at the speaker. If that curb wasn't there to block me que after placing my order and waiting for 30 minutes , I would have let without the food and I wish I had..NO...
