Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Ordered online got my food home, missing items from the order, food had almost no ingredients as you can see from the pictures of the tacos that I ordered. Notified the customer service system and that is a big joke too. They sent a code for a coupon instead of actually acknowledging the problem and fixing it. Leadership at this location should hold staff accountable for what they are providing or be fired and get someone there that will do so. I have asked for the manager to reach out to me but I highly doubt that will happen. This place seems to be run by bad management which leads to bad staff and poor customer service.

Clerks were pleasant but not very knowledgeable. Food came fast but taco meat was on the lukewarm to cold side. Clean inside.

All young black kids. Not being racist but they were what they were and they had no discipline and were extremely rude. They couldn't stop going on and on about a shooting that happened across the street. Food was wrong. They refused to fix it. You've got to NOT hire a bunch of kids with no supervision regardless of ethnicity. But especially all the same ethnic group and same age. I mean who was in charge , why wasn't anyone there to supervise or fix my wife's order . And it may not be fair but Wendy's across Hudson was no better. One of the little workers (well he wasn't do small) he had others running in and out and they were closed to the public but he had four propped open for friends NO WAY WAS IT OK. & NO WAY WERE ALL OF those boys (&girls)employees of Wendy's . They were having a free-for-all and even tho it WAS late and it WAS dead. That couldn't have been right. Any manager over the age thirty. Probably male gender and Caucasian would have never allowed this at either place. Crazy thing is CookOut and BK were about the same as far as discipline and what appeared to be a social hangout!!! I won't go to any one of the restaurants in that 4 way crossing. ,(Hudson & Union) the south SIDE OF GASTONIA. .

Went thru dive thru. Gave me the wrong order after waiting for many minutes. When I went back to get the order corrected was referred to as scary and waited many minutes more for the order, which still wasn't correct and was cold. Only place open so I guess they get away with it, but I won't be back.

If I could give this Taco Bell zero stars I would. I was told Taco Bell doesn’t sell black beans anymore which is a complete lie. It’s still on the app and at other locations. When I pulled to the window, I could hear the store manager talking crap about the customer before me. The store manager has no class and she needs to be replaced. I don’t know how she’s been there so long. DONT GO HERE GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!

Why oh why don't we learn our lesson with this place! Food has this nasty after taste. Not sure whether it is old ingredients, or old oil. Do better! Yall charge so much for the food! Yet it tastes like crap! It is mainly this location too. We had taco bell at a further location where the food tasted waaaay better.

Went to this Taco Bell last night and sat in the drive thru for over 1 hour! When I pulled up there was 3 cars in front of me. They eventually drove off from waiting and I pulled up to the speaker to order. The lady said I one moment and that was at 7:01 pm. I started noticing customers parking and going inside and coming out with food. So at 7:12 pm...still sitting at the speaker....I said Hello. She again said one moment. I asked how am I seeing customers that pulled up after I have been sitting in drive thru, go inside and leave with food? She said that it was Doordash orders and Mobile orders. I said so you guys just going to ignore the customers that's here waiting to order? She responded by saying that they is backed up on orders so yeah! Everyone that was in drive thru behind me left, and now it's 7:33 pm. I back up and drive back up to the speaker and again she say one moment. I backed all the way out of the drive thru to go inside just to find the employees DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!.The girl in drive thru is just standing there in the window on her phone and applying lip gloss. There is 3 people in the kitchen but only one guy making tacos. He and another girl is talking and he going snail slow. Nobody came to the front counter at all! Nobody said a word to any customer that came in behind me. I returned to my car at 8:17 pm with no food and pictures. Mr Taco Bell talk to you on Monday. I just moved here and will NEVER GO TO THIS TACO BELL EVER!.Bad customer service and lies! The staff gave 2 flips about the customers. Where was the night manager? Every job has drive thru times, check yours on 2/8/25 at 7pm. Ridiculous!!!!!!!

Never got our food, every one working was only working on drive thru orders, we waited for 20 minutes after we ordered from the kias for some one to take the payment, and no ever acknowledged us standing there... we left and went to Arby's!

Unbelievably slow. Took 10 min at the menu board before someone took my order. Then had to wait 5 more minutes at the window before I got my food . Then I found out that I was 1 toco short on my order. Now that is bad but the worst part was the venomous glare that I continously relieved from the cashier.
It took over 30 minutes to get our food. The staff was rude and 4 of them were standing around holding hands, talking and on their phones. Seriously this would be an embarrassing place to work at. Will never go to this Taco Bell again.

Took over 40 minutes to get food after ordering and turned away an older gentlemen becaise he didn't know how to use the kiosk and refused to take his order at the counter. Never coming back to this joke of a location again.
Food was poorly packaged and hard shells were squashed and shoved in the bag
And didn't even receive full order.

Night time employees are no help at all been waiting in line for a doordash for 15 min and it's not even alot of items... Mind you nobody else is even in line .. hire some people that actually want to work.. edit... I ended up waiting 30 min in the drive through...
