customer service is trash from the manager … I came in an explained that I ordered supreme not regular tacos and she wanted to argue with me on what I said I ordered. I told her I would pay the difference and she just walked off. I’m waiting to see if I will recieve the tacos . Customer service can be nicer and communication can be better when you have other underneath you who are looking up to how you manage a facility.

I came on Sunday afternoon to get my Nana and I some food., when I walked in there was a guy at the counter selling jogging pants and tops to the workers. That had nothing to do with me so I wasn't worried about it until I got home and realized two things were wrong and two things were missing, and I didn't think the cashier was paying attention to my order because she was joking around with the guy trying to sell stuff instead of making sure she got my order right but I ordered three soft tacos with just meat and cheese, two supreme hard tacos, and two orders of nachos and cheese.
Both nachos and cheese were missing, all three soft tacos had nacho cheese caked all over them and the hard tacos that my Nana wanted supreme, were closer to a jack in the box 99¢ miniature regular taco 🤷🏽‍♂️

Drive thru line around the building. Get to window, get asked to park and come inside even though I did a mobile pickup. Get inside with 7 other people who did the same. Staff were rude, unhelpful, and had an attitude with anyone who had questions or issues with their orders. Lady with red hair in the middle had an attitude issue trying to help a gentlemen use the kiosk to place his order.

I just sat in this line 30 minutes! Didn’t even get to order. 15 of those minutes were being dead silent at the speaker! When I said hello, I was told (with a nasty) attitude they were busy and short staffed. Ok, that’s fine but maybe you could say that instead of leaving people silent and then getting angry because I said hello. When driving around the corner, the dining room was not packed as she stated. I truly understand being short staffed but letting someone know their wait is going to be crazy long would be nice. I went across the street to cookout

Huge shoutout to Aniya and Chevy! When I stopped by to pick up two mobile orders for myself and a co-worker, they were the only two employees working at the start of lunch rush. One was holding down the drive-thru and front register while the other kept the food coming out fresh and fast—and they did it all with kindness and a smile. The restaurant was spotless, the food was delicious, and their teamwork was seriously impressive. Aniya and Chevy went above and beyond, and it showed!

I’m giving this place a 5 stars due to Chevy (if misspelled I apologize) my boyfriend misplaced his wallet by accident and she placed it in the safe knowing he would be back for it. She is a blessing. It’s amazing to know there are good people out there. Thank you GM for always take care of your customers first. You are amazing

I have never been inside any fast food establishment that was as clean as this one. I often look at scores for restaurants but what matters most is what i see when I go. They were clean and practiced excellent food handling skills. Cuddos to the manager of this location!

Food is usually good, but I'm always suspicious of the franchises that want to upcharge for switching a meat or regular beans to black beans. Can't tell me this is that much more expensive or harder labor wise to substitute.

Charged me $2 for extra sauce on my quesadillas and tacos but there was no sauce at all. They were completely dry. It’s already ridiculous you’re charging people $40 for 5 items with barely any meat in them.
