My girlfriend just picked me up some of your Birria Ramen. I had recently had the dish at a different restaurant and wanted to try it here. What I was not expecting is to get a flavorless, oily, barely any protein having meal. The taste resembles used oil and a touch of cilantro. I also have to mention she had spent $90 total at the place, and she kindly asked the server multiple times to not add onions. Which was not remembered as I immediately noticed. Won’t be going here again.
