Standing by the kitchen waiting to be seated and a man with a tan baseball hat on his head and black glasses is cooking the steaks and talking to the other cook he pressed on the steaks and a piece flew off on to the floor by the freezer the cook with the tan hat and glasses looked around and picked it off of the floor and put it back on the grill smh veryyyyyyyyyyyy disgusting and horrible

Very good food, reasonably priced, nice waiters, the cleanliness of the restaurant including the bathroom could be better. But we love the food especially the rolls so much that we keep coming back and recommend to others.

I love Texas Roadhouse, but when I ordered online today, the mashed potatoes were garbage they didn't even fill the container correctly, and the steak was dry . I definitely don't recommend doing online . worst service ever don't recommend ordering here.

Used to enjoy! But last time we went I didn't get my Chicken salad until the other 3 people I was with were almost finished. Today I ordered Ceasar salad and Chili, Chili was cold and grisly, couldn't eat it! Sent it back. Husbands steak a bit tough but it was sirloin. Waited forever on our food after waiting 40 min. on a table. But it was Sunday. It will be a While!!!

We ordered a steak medium and it came out rare, then we asked if they can cook it a bit longer, the manager brings it out asking us to cut into it and at first look it still looked like it was still a bit red inside but soon after cutting a few other pieces of it, it was completely overcooked and way too chewy. Soon after that we saw an ant on the table which was the cherry on top for this experience.

Three stars because of the food. Love the food. The wait was terrible, and they lied about the wait time. The waitress sat down at our table to take our order as if we were friends. She saw my frown and asked if I had a problem with her sitting, but never got up. The place was untidy. Napkins and utensils on the ground, under the tables, etc.
Poor service stake wasn't cooked right the potato and Blooming onion I had was cold. To submit up we'll not be going back unless they can change everything and prove it. Up date 2/20/25 nothing has changed sent the steak back 2 times still under cooked.
