Had an iced decaf latte with sugar free salted caramel flavor & oat milk. It’s better than the well-known franchise. I slurped it in <3 minutes and that is me trying to prolong the experience.😁

Most Canal locations run like a Chick-Fila, this place is not one of them. It's always some sort of shenanigans when going here and have avoided it the last few months hoping things would improve. 20+ minutes for an APP ordered drink while 11 cars showed up made an order in the drive thru and left waiting just minutes (it was likely 11, we only started counting after we realized something was up with everyone stuck in mobile order line). Was a nice surprise that when we did get the coffee the lid was not on and the mess it made. Never again.

I've been going here for awhile and normally the staff is very friendly and pleasant but the two ladies there this morning were very rude and the customer service was not there. The drink was different than what was pictured and I asked about it but the response I got was not appropriate considering I thought it would have the ingredients from the menu without having to pay extra. Why advertise a product and make the drink plain and not like it's advertised. Why not picture the plain drink on the menu. I usually come later in the day, so I'm assuming it's a different shift but I hope it's understood that rude staff can ruin your favorite places too and you not go anymore. That's where I am with them after my experience this morning. Who wants to have a good start to their day and then have poor service ruin it.

Regular customer & Uber Driver. Both experiences are equivalent and I am so glad you guys did treat me that way, I downloaded the app and received the best deal and got the best coffee I’ve ever had in MY LIFE. Coffagato mocha is a way better version of any McDonald or Starbucks OR dunkin! (If you can believe that) Frappe that you will ever have. I can’t wait to try caramel too.
It’s crazy how poor of product other people use because my tummy did not hurt at all after my son and I split a 20oz. If I can help it, I’ll never go back to another coffee place again lol thank you!

I decided to give them a try since the name change from the human bean and I was extremely happy I did. I tried the gingerbread creme chai and it was a cup of goodness that warmed my heart even though I got it lightly iced. It was perfect!

Came first thing in the morning for drip they only have dark roast plus it wasn't hot , come on coffee shops even 7/11 has light roast ,
Real coffee place will at least have hot, light roast ,

Wow. What a company.
First let me start this off by saying I was disheartened to see that 4 corporate staff members have published false reviews in attempt to get this company back in shape.
Kim f., Rebeca, and Austin all work for this company as I’ve confirmed with the revolving door of staff. I recommend those reviews get reported.

I’ve gone through here everyday for almost a year and I have seen 6 different managers. SIX. The barista turn over rate is outrageous. From what I’ve heard from some of my favorite baristas is this company loves to let people go at the slightest turn.

Canal coffee, invest in your employees.
I promise you’ll see better results than posting fake reviews.
I’ve met so many amazing people here that always get my drink perfect and next day they’re gone. So I’m back having to re-explain my order and receive it incorrect.
This is a laughingstock.
Wait times increasingly worse, food is cold, food safety is NOT followed, staff you’ll never connect with or be a regular because even employees aren’t regulars 😂

Until they realise the lapse in judgement they have made and choosing outrageous methods to make the company model work, I will take my business elsewhere.
