Ordered my drink iced and the guy handed it to me hot. I told him and he handed me it iced but I think he dumped the hot drink over ice so it just tastes like watered down coffee. The ice melted within 30 seconds. Only gave it 2 stars because the girl at the window was extremely nice. My first and last time coming here.

This company seems to be very weird and racially biased but not loud about it. They don’t like certain customers I’ve overheard employees saying they don’t want to take certain customers it’s a little odd. I will never be buying from here again.

This is not the same as the Human Bean. I’ve received like warm drinks that are supposed to be hot too many times. I order coffee a few times a week there because it’s so close to our house but each time I’ve ordered whipped cream, it’s always forgotten. I drive off and often am in route to someplace else before o realize that it was left off. Also my cup has way too much room left in it. I know that there’s supposed to be 1/2 an inch left to account for the heat and spilling but I’ve had 2 inches empty before I take a sip.

Had an amazing experience a man who was working there who i can only assume was the owner was was super kind. The experience has now made me a weekly customer. And the food and coffee were equally amazing.

I've ordered the same drink about 4 or 5 times, and each time it tasted completely different. It didn't taste terrible each time, but the inconsistency would throw me off. I don't plan on buying here again, but they're still better than Starbucks and their moldy coffee beans. I'll give 'em that.

So ever since human being changed into canal I've been going to that place non-stop everyday. They serve the best coffee all of the food that I've tasted was great so I just keep coming there that's like my new coffee spot. However today I ordered a 30 below chai coffee, it was large, I was told that the total was $6 and some change. I handed the lady at the window closest to the Bojangles a $5 bill and my card fast forward it like 2-3 hours I checked my bank account because I get notifications and see that I was charged the whole $6 to my card, so I called the store and see what happened like why my whole heart was charged for the $6 when I gave a $5 bill and my card, and I was told that because I didn't specify they thought that I was given $5 as a tip and so they charged the whole card. First of all, I have never went to a facility where they told me I have to specify whether I was giving a tip or I wanted half and half on card and cash. Secondly the lady told me I should have specified, no you are the facility you are supposed to specify if you're not sure you need to ask me if I want to do half and half do not assume I am giving you a tip if I gave you $5 in cash and then my card when my total was $6 and some change so for this experience I am going to give this store a 1 ⭐ you all need to train your employees to know the difference between asking if this is a tip when you're giving cash in a card and just assuming that it's a tip please don't ever have your employees assume that a customer is just giving them a tip they need to ask that's the professional thing to do not assume and take somebody's money and throw it in a tip jar and then charge their card the whole amount without asking. Thanks and have a blessed day!Decided to come back to Canal and try again and I should of known better, due to my coffee being made wrong I wanted a refund girl at window said No and I contacted corporate who also said no!! This place is a whole joke! Canal needs to go away THAKK GOD FOR STARBUCKS!!!!!

Waited in line for 20minutes. They were short staffed which I understood and had no problem patiently waiting. But when I finally get my simple drip coffee it’s COLD AND WATERED DOWN. I regret this visit.

They need to close one drive thru window for short staff. Cool. So we all get in line. And people behind us get out of the car to the walk up window and order there to bypass the five cars in line. Make it make sense…..not open because they don’t have staff and despite assistance from corporate this place gets worse every week. Some of the baristas are so incredibly wonderful here and are working so hard. I wish they had the support that they desperately need.

Come here regularly. All the breakfast sandwiches are delicious and I love the iced lattes and our kids love the smoothies. Only took off a star because the service can be inconsistent and sometimes too slow.
