The Peach Cobbler Factory

Went in with family and spent over 50.00 for a dine in experience. The young man who prepared our treats was awesome. Friendly and accommodating. After a few minutes I needed to use the restroom. A staff member sitting right out side the restroom wouldn’t let us use the restroom. Said her boss had a rule for no public use. I did tell her that if you have a dine in location, you must allow restroom. I would suggest you relook at the public plumbing codes for restaurants. This is not only ridiculous but also against public codes. While the treats were good, I will not spend my money there again.

The cashier seemed like they did not want to be there. When I got my order they didn't have any with my name on it but I paid already. They had to go into the back and remake my food.

So I order the dessert delight which is 22 $ and in the image come with frosting but what I got was the cobbler part , it looked bigger in the image , upset because didn't get what expected, originally thought it was ice cream but the worker said it was frosting asked if I could have some but declined , little upset how it is different from the image vs what I got it was still good cobbler

Peach cobbler was ok, seemed like it was right out of the microwave. Definitely disappointed that they didn't even have a bathroom available to wash you hands even though they are serving food. Lobby smells horribly like air freshener.

Peach cobbler with ice cream was good. No public restroom no way to wash your hands I thought all eating establishments had to provide you a bathroom

Was told that they were closed after I opened the door, 20 minutes before they were supposed to close

Prices are the same but they decreased the size portion for ice cream, not only that but the cobbler was dry. Probably will not order again in the future.

Very uninviting as soon as you walk in there is a wall very closed while very clean and good service the taste and quality was not there I ordered the flight and a red velvet cookie as well as a shake and cherry cobbler it was all disappointing it all tasted very processed and canned would not recommend for the price

I ordered the waffle. I thought it had ice cream on it as would normally be in a cobbler just to get a waffle with whipped cream and canned fruit. Not worth it!

I wanted to like this place, but it's a NO for me. I ordered the Desert Flights, got 4 different puddings and none came with bananas like I thought it would? Just pudding mix... Disappointment there... The biggest let down was the pricing and portion size. These came in 4 oz small containers (Like sampler sizes) all for about 20 bucks. Pricing for this is insane for just a couple of taste testers? You can go to a store and buy a whole pie or cheesecake way cheaper than this? Yes, they have so many different flavors and combos but if they gave you more and prices were more reasonable, it may be a hit. Not sure how long this place will last here, it's a No for me.

I ordered two shakes from here on 8/5/24 through the website, and my fiancée and I waited for half an hour for the order to update. We watched two other customers enter the store and then leave when there was no associate to be found. When I walked in, I was met with the same thing. After I waited another 5 minutes, the associate, Amberia, came out with a disgusted look on her face. I told her I was in for an online order, she then sighed heavily and went back into the kitchen area to start to prepare my order.

This was awful service, even for Gastonia’s standards.
