We had a to go order. It’s the first time we have eaten Smoke Pit. The food was great. The portions were very plentiful. We had the beef brisket plate. Very good, very tender. We will definitely be back again.

Our second time eating here (loved it the first time) and had a question about my ribs and without hesitation the manager went straight back and got me a new half rack, and even offered to get me new sides to boot, the portions are great, food is a good price, and you'll almost certainly have leftovers. Just warmed up my leftover ribs in the oven and they're as good as they were in house yesterday. Every side I tasted was great, and a big ol piece of cornbread . We have an under 2yr old baby boy and all Staff were great to him and the kids menu has crayons. Wife got the chicken quarters, not sure about a quarter cause it looked like half a chicken to me! Smoky flavor all the way into the meat with a great tasting dry rub on everything EDIT: now we go here every other week and just look at this dang beef rib!!! It was like biting off a piece of cake it was so tender!!

BBQ Pork was good, beef brisket was delicious. Collard greens outstanding. We all enjoyed our meals and brought half of it home for the next day. Prices were in line with the portions sizes in my opinion. Service was very good. Would recommend to anyone.

What a great find! We live down in Greenville SC, but happened to be in the area doing some shopping. I found this place based on reviews online and it did NOT disappoint!!! This is easily the best BBQ we have ever had. The smell hits you first thing when you walk in. The service was great. The food was phenomenal. We will absolutely be returning! Highly recommend.

The food was amazing and the service was so friendly. We came as a big group, but they handled everything perfectly. I ordered the turkey sandwich and it was the best one I have ever eaten. Highly recommend!

This is my normal bbq spot and we've been coming here since it opened. Avery is always professional. Long story short my I didn't know that on Fridays they serve jalapeño sausage which cant eat. My ribs looked like scrape and the brisket lookeda mess. So I went back to the restaurant another 20 miles in traffic. The manager was nice at first he replaced my food but I noticed that my lid was placed on the counter (the part that may touch my food.) I asked for another lid and he threw my container of mac and cheese on top of my food and told Avery to get it. Considering I drove a total of 80 miles back and forth he could've been a lot nicer. I will go back eventually but it won't be soon.

Took over an hour for a takeout order after being told 20-30 mins and they weren’t even busy. I watched countless people walk in after me and leave out before me. Even watched people come back because the order was wrong. No remorse or customer service to make up for it, even forgot stuff with my order. I will never come here again. You would think waiting with a toddler would come with time consideration but I guess not here

Our waitress was awesome. She brought out banana pudding for my wife as a birthday present and let my son visiting from out of town try hush puppies with honey butter. She made a good time a great time.

I wish I had taken pictures, but I tore through that food because I was so hungry! I got enough for me and my dog since we are staying at an Airbnb having a peaceful getaway. It was a lot of food and I made it into three meals! That barbecue was freaking delicious! I bought a bottle of the sweet sauce, but I ended up liking the sauce they sent with it even better!!! The sweet potato casserole was sooooo good and the fries were great looking, but that was my only disappointment is that nobody sent me any Ketchup with the DoorDash meal so I couldn’t eat them. I don’t understand that because I feel like it would be common sense that lots of people want ketchup with french fries. And not everyone is staying in their own house and has some. But I was very delighted they also sold their sweet tea so I got half a gallon and it has been delicious!!!! If I am ever back in town, I will definitely eat here again. (I gave service an atmosphere five stars since I wasn’t there.) Here’s Khaleesi after she ate her kid’s slider. She gives five stars as well!
