Tony's Ice Cream

I absolutely love Tony's... It takes me back to my childhood going with Gmal and family for milkshakes... I recommend if you haven't tried a grape milkshake... You definitely should... You won't be disappointed... Also I love that I can purchase it at my local Food Lion 🍇 🍦 🍨 🍔 🍟 🥪😁

This was a great experience. I took my 90 year old father-in-law, and he loved it. It brought back some great memories. The food was good, too.

We have been going to Tony's for years and when we go we get their Me milkshake 😋😋

Is there any other place for good ice cream? NO! This the only place!!!

What a treat! I asked if the cherry cheesecake or almond joy ice cream would be better for a milkshake and was told the cherry cheesecake is a favorite. I am so glad I made that choice even though I had never thought of combining a cheesecake flavor into a milkshake. Absolutely delicious! My parents ordered hot fudge sundaes with extra caramel and nuts and the few bites I stole were amazing as well. They have so many choices it is hard to decide but the employees are more than willing to answer questions and proud to work there. They kindly shared that you can take home a 1/2 gallon or pint of any of the flavors. I may have to do that next time and I will definitely be back! Just remember that you do not need a lid for the milkshakes and their one size is large enough for up to three people to share. I have lived in the Charlotte area since 1998 yet had never heard of this place until recently. It is a new favorite and one of my top three choices for ice cream within a 20 mile radius. You won't be disappointed! It makes for a great memory and a cool experience of feeling like you have traveled through time.

If I could leave 0 stars for service I would … me and my boyfriend walked in and immediately felt the atmosphere looking hard because we were brown and Hispanic. Proceeded to go order and stood there while the cashier stood there and not a SINGLE hello welcome can I take your order……. Looks like an Hispanic is more cordial than an American.

Part American diner and part ice cream parlor. 100% nostalgic and all good. Solid food choices, mostly grilled. All the ice cream staples executed very well and in large sizes. When you order a milkshake, don't ask for a lid. You're welcome.

Whether you want food or ice cream, they are both delicious. The staff is friendly and quick to help. Absolutely our favorite ice cream place. Also, remember, don't ask for a lid.

The Blackc Cherry was Great but the hotdogs was just ok!!!!! I remember when the hotdogs was the best thing on the menu

We tried the hot dog and the hot&spicy dog, the chuck wagon sandwich, fried bologna an degg sandwich. And onion rings well done. The food was really good.

The ice cream was really good too. Its thick and rich. Cherry cheesecake milkshake and i had the pineapple sundae.

Most restaurants now overpromise and underdeliver. This old school spot does no such thing.
