Love this place! My new go to lunch place. Nice to have healthier food options nearby

I purchased a hummus wrap and it was terrible, where is the rest of the ingredients, it was nothing but the wrap, I will never come here again. I truly hope the manager see this complaint and rectify this, but Tropical Smoothie don’t care about the customers after reading other comments

If I had to choose between going to the Tropical Smoothie near my house or driving across the state to this location, I’d start packing snacks for the road trip. This place is THAT good. Every time I walk in (or order ahead), my smoothie is ready, my food is actually made correctly (a true rarity these days), and the staff is so friendly.

Meanwhile, the location near my house has me questioning my life choices every time I roll the dice on an order. But not here! This team is elite. I don’t know what kind of smoothie sorcery they’ve got going on, but I sincerely appreciate it. 10/10, highly recommend, and yes, I will keep making the drive.

Staff were so sweet and nice , suggested her favorite breakfast wrap and it was delicious. 10/10 the fruit bowls are amazing too !!

They know me automatically & I don't even have to wait in line! Great People during the day throughout the weekdays and nothing is ever messed up! Give them raises!!!

I come here a couple times a week and this place is absolutely AMAZING! I really wish all restaurants had this customer service! Every single employee that I have met here has been so sweet and helpful. They have the best customer service from any restaurant I have EVER been. My order is always perfect! The food always tastes amazing! I’m always satisfied. The restaurant is ALWAYS clean and organized and smells good. But I think the thing I love the most is the customer service. Like I said I order multiple times a week and the customer service is always the same. I can’t say enough good things about this location. And let me tell you I have been to different locations in Charlotte that weren’t that great so it’s definitely the staff and owner of this particular one. Thank you so much for always working hard, putting a smile on your face and giving excellent food and service. I recommend the chia bowl, the hummus veggie wrap, chipotle wrap and the almond butter smoothie. ❤️

Such nice people work on this location. So friendly and eager to make sure your order was exactly as you want it. Highly recommend. The app gives you lots of free items when you download. I’ve gotten 2 free smoothies so far. Love the acai bowls!!!!

Traveling near hear and decided to stop on our roadtrip. Great taste as normal but we just got a sour cream packet that was already opened. I always recommend the kiwi quencher!
