Walked in just got stared at. No hi or hello or how can I help you..cashier walked up to register just stood there and looked at me..I told her what I wanted all she said was $8.72 and handed me my receipt....when it was ready she handed it to me , I said ty and she turned and walked away...poor customer service..maybe she doesn't need to be in customer service.. everyone has a bad day but if ur that miserable with your job find another one...

I visited the location on Oberlin Rd in Raleigh, NC. The girl behind the counter gave me a nasty attitude when I was leaving with my kids because we did not push our chair back under the table. Yelled at me in front of other customers, then when I did not react looked at me and said "fine I'll do it." I walked back and moved the chairs back as she was behind the counter looking at her phone. I have been going to tropical smoothie for years and never been treated this way. Will not be back to this location.

showed up to pick up a doordash order at the duroo Avenue in Mobile Alabama the door was locked while 6 to 8 people were sitting there dancing along with the employees the line of cars was around the building and the line outside was about 10 people

Do not go to the Patchogue location if you can help it. I had an issue where I needed a refund. The shift manager could not issue a refund and said the manager would call me. Well, it’s been 4 days and no call. I have called there 3 times so far and each time the workers take my name & number and say she will call and I don’t hear back. Also, they won’t answer the phone if the shift manager is on break because the rest of the staff that work there only speak Spanish and can’t take an order.

I do security at the mall on Roosevelt and Canal or you guys just had a grand opening Saturday and I must say the smoothie the detox smoothie was delicious and I would recommend anyone everyone to come on down to tropical smoothie Roosevelt and Canal strip mall the best smoothies ever🤞🏼🦾💯CHICAGO IL

My experience here has always felt strict here ,you pay for ice water you have to ask for napkins the portions for the price are small . Today I was sitting in the dining area one young lady bought my smoothie to me ,she was polite and another young girl bought my food . Now I held my hand out to except it and say Thank you and she just sit it on the table ,which I thought was very rude! Get you some courtesy and manners if you going to work in customer service!
