The food is delicious, but don't ever use a debit card in this restaurant. Not only do they charge a fee for debit/credit card use, their hostesses also take it upon themselves to steal tips off of your credit/debit card after you've told them plainly that you do not want to leave a tip for a take out order. I don't even understand why they ask for tips on to go orders. You have done nothing for a tip but go to the kitchen to get my food and take my money. The manager offered to give me a $5 credit for my trouble, but that doesn't resolve the fact that you have thieves working in your restaurant.***RESPONSE TO THE OWNER***Why did you offer me a $5 credit for my trouble if the lady upfront did not steal tip money off of my debit card? I EASILY and specifically told her NO and she absolutely did still take a tip. I can certainly show you my bank statement as I offered to do before. Again, you have a thief working in your restaurant and that's bad for business. A $5 credit is not going to change that.

My neighbor had given me a gift certificate for $25 back in 2019 for Christmas. We've always wanted to try this restaurant she said that it was really good. But the pandemic messed us up in getting there . We were definitely planning on spending more than $25 and I always tip what the bill is worth even before the discount was taken off. I went in and showed them the certificate and they told me it was only good for a year and it was no longer valid. Nowhere on the certificate does it say it expires. We walked out we did not eat there I was not a happy camper. I don't think it's right that my neighbor spent her money on a gift certificate and now it's invalid. So I'm only giving this restaurant one star because I think they really could have accommodated us a little better than that.

This restaurant is simply a five-star all around the pizza came out perfect the waitress was absolutely awesome Gwen The spaghetti and salad is perfect the food here the atmosphere is awesome if you've never tried it you're missing a Jewel on Garrison Boulevard where the old Shogun used to be. And when the owner is out and about checking on everything and talking to his customers what a personable man he is Abdul Hassan.

Wanted to try take out at a new restaurant in Gastonia and this was a good choice. We ordered fried mushrooms, bruschetta, and the venecia special (lg with onions on half).The bruschetta ingredients were fresh but the bread wasn’t cut all the way through and everything was bunched up in the middle. The pizza was better than expected. I’d definitely get it again.

My husband and I stopped at this restaurant very hungry after a hike, and had a wonderful meal! My husband ordered the all meat calzone, which was beautifully cooked. I had the spinach ravioli which was also delicious, as was the fresh, generously sized Greek salad.To top it off, our server Ethan did an awesome job taking care of us! He was kind, courteous, and attentive.

Every time we eat there food is amazing! Had our daughter's wedding rehearsal dinner there! Excellent service from wait staff and everyone at the restaurant! Smooth and very was process! Would give ten stars if I could.

Only gave a one star because I had to, to post this review. This is a seat yourself restaurant. Waited over 20 minutes with no service, not even a menu. After staff walked by us several times. This would have been our first time eating at this restaurant after it came highly recommended. Will not try again!

This restaurant looks very cool from the outside. When you get in it is very spacious. We came just after the lunch hour so not too busy. Amber our server was fantastic. We let her know it was our first time there and she showed us the lunch specials and described the menu items in great detail. All of the sandwiches looked amazing and we had to try their 10" NY style personal cheese pizza for just $6.99. It was delicious! I got the Chicken Philly and my wife got the Greek Souvlaki Gyro. Food came out fast and delicious. Can't wait to try more of this menu.
The food was well made and not prepackaged. The salad was fresh and the pizza was hearty. My hubby loved the crust. I had the Greek platter and it was a very generous portion. The staff was friendly as well. I would go back the next time I'm in this area.

I used to love this place! Until my order was wrong, and when I asked for what I actually ordered, i was screamed at by the owner. Told he had no proof i wasn't lying, although the receipt showed I was correct. I left with the wrong food and out of forty dollars. Do not recommend. I have never dealt with an owner of any establishment screaming and belittling a customer like that. Never again.

Calzones. Stromboli. Gyros. Fries. Sweet tea... we loved it all. My NY raised Italian friend said it was the best calzone she has had in years. For a southern born girl living in Cajun country; it was the best I've ever had. The pita bread was perfection with plenty of meat and a great sauce. Nothing wrong with the building or service but if either is a little off putting to you, stick around because you are here for the food!
