I had the displeasure of meeting Christian Shelly today. Due to food allergies I requested they clean the grill as there were no other customers in the store at the time. He told us he doesn't have to make an exception and clean the grill and that Waffle House didn't need or want our business if we couldn't eat off the grill or had allergies. He was rude and obnoxious towards us without any reason to be. It felt like his tone was condescending and he was attacking us. It also makes you wonder what kind of cross contamination they dole out on a regular basis! I'll be sure to tell my neighbors, friends, and family in the area that Waffle House in general doesn't want or need our business. The fact that he was a district regional manager doesn't help his behavior. He's old enough to know it isn't what you say but rather how you say it. We definitely won't be back to Waffle House. There are more than enough other eateries in the area that would be happy to serve customers who have allergies whether or not the store is empty.

I am so Disappointed your employee was telling another employee that didn’t work there that she should be glad she didn’t work there!! I told him that was disrespectful!! Why would you talk down at the place that make u money!!I was eating then my food was nasty because he cook my burger while he cook his sausage!! I ask for who was the manager he said all we know is Rick!! So w/o every is Ricky I will call you because they said you will be there at 7a in the morning so sad!! I told him you don’t know who I am I could be the ower and you taking shit about the Waffle House.. the lady that was there she was good but she need to know more so when your cook just throwing out food on the grill if you got cameras in there, you see how he was doing it’s so disrespectful and I’m so pissed at that little young boy because he had no respect. He ask me why I was in his Conversation we was the only people in there we can hear you and I would never want someone to Represent my organization like that

Ordered here yesterday imagine paying $40 for a meal only also tip (to go order)for the server to call your meat first and wait 15 minutes to call the rest of your order which she was in the back and the manager carried this I don't care attitude will drive 15 minutes away to go to to the other waffle house

I wish I could tell you the steak and eggs were good, but I didn't get much steak since my 4 yr old ate pretty much the entire steak. What he didn't eat my 7 yr old ate. Friendly staff. Food came out quick. Our server was definitely on top of things and made sure we were well taken care of.

Take out only due to issues on weekends but security guard on duty made everything easy, safe, and a comfortable atmosphere! Would definitely eat here again! Your bacon is on POINT!

Why waffle house location in the Charlotte metro are only providing take out only ID beyond me. Nearly all of the other restaurants in the area offering full service. There is no reason for this. It is a bad business decision.

I didn't realize it was Sunday. I was thinking it was Monday. So I placed a to -go order to pick up around 11:45, thinking it wouldn't be workday lunch time yet. Oops. The food was exactly what I ordered. I got an extra bacon BLT & a 2-egg breakfast because you can't just order a side of eggs. Not online anyway. It was ok. There was no mayo and they didn't give me any for the sandwich. It was hard to eat because it was dry. The bacon was cooked exactly how I like it though. The lettuce was brown and wilted. I had to take it off. The hash browns were good. The eggs were egg-cellent ? lol. Anyway, there was no ketchup for the hash browns either. The parking lot was PACKED. I drive a small RV and didn't realize that this location is on a closed corner with only one access. I was LUCKY that when I pulled in there was a spot in front of the dumpster. It left just enough room for me to back my beast vehicle out and leave without any problems. The cashier that asked if she could help me when I went to the counter was nice enough. I didn't get her name. She was short and to the point, but it was busy. All tables were full, though no one was waiting for seating. It wasn't noon yet though. Not all the churches had let out yet. Very loud, lots of employees and people. They seemed efficient if not actually friendly. Not a bad experience, but not brimming with joy to return for a repeat. Oh, and just a sandwich, 2 eggs, toast, and hash browns was $26 after tax and tip. Even in this economy of over-priced everything, that was a BAD value for the food.

I waited 20 to 25 minutes at a table not one person come up to me and asked me what did I want to eat or drink that was about eight people inside the hole restaurant nine people someone said they didn't have a break so they had to get off the grill and then they cleaned it so everybody still There were three or four different waitresses there Three Cooks And still Didn't get to eat Had my truck running with my dog in it I couldn't wait all day
