The food was terrible. The bacon was wrapped separate. So I didn't even know I had any bacon. There was no eggs, and it was wrapped in the toast. Worst experienceI have ever had at a waffle house.

My mother & I went here hoping to get a hot breakfast after we got off work at 3:00am. Very exhausted and drowsy.

The waiter with the egg costume on for Halloween as of 10/31/2025 was very irritated & agitated. Her & another server were in the car smoking cigarettes & then waiting on my food. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

And then the security or ā€œ body guardā€ didn’t even want to help after the server THREW syrup at my mother. My lawyers will be hearing about this.

I visited this location at three in the morning. The waitress that was waiting on us at the window was very nasty. She was very agitated sitting in her car and then gonna slang syrup out the window at me as I go to the window and ask her can I get some syrup for my waffle? I did not appreciate it the security setting in the car Acting like as if I’m the problem when I asked him. For her name and she gonna scream, I don’t have to serve you sounds racist to me.

It took a while before the waitress acknowledge me. I had to wait on my on line order even though the app says my food was ready for pick up. Not a place I would go back to. Just order this for my grandson because he was hungry.

You walk in and the whole restaurant greets you with a smile. The staff enjoy working with each other and serving their customers with the best service! After I left one location for bad service, we came here and it was a complete turn around. Truly made our day! Shout out to Keith for making us feel welcome! The food was incredible, made to perfection. I was upset I couldn’t eat it all 🤣
