Over all its a good place to eat except on Tue. and Weds. Service is poor on these days, We use to eat everyday but now we Skipp these two days. We came in last Wed. and not many people there . We went in and had three empty boots but they had plats and food still on the table and the help was standing around talking and on their phones. We set waiting in the window chairs for them to do something and almost left. I told my wife this is why we don't come on Tues. and Weds. I don't like to fuss but its sorry help on these two days as servers go.

Probably the worst wait person ever. Acted scared to talk to us. Didn’t bring drinks until after our food arrived,and we had to ask for them again. Never refilled our glasses.served me plain bread with butter on it(forgot to toast it) my food was spot on. My daughter’s waffle was a tiny bit overcooked, but good. Place was immaculately clean.

I went today to have breakfast and waited 5 minutes without being spoken to or acknowledged. There was one other table and a to go order with 5 employees. I finally got up and left and went to the location closer to my home which is always great.

Brought my son in for waffles, two of the employees yelling obnoxiously. After telling the waiter my son has a hearing sensitivity from his autism, if they could just calm down. The decided to yell louder and also said the would not quit yelling. Immature rude and disrespectful. We will never be coming back here. It took everything in me as a parent not to flip my lid on them!
I am a senior an unloading apps. To place an order and your store is not that busy. I visited this location before the food was good and the staff seems professional. I do not like the fact you no longer take orders from the phone. What if your grandparents wanted to order food. I will find another place to call my breakfast order in.
