I wanted to reach out regarding a recent experience I had at one of your locations. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect, which left me really frustrated. When I take the time to visit your restaurant or place an order, I expect my food to be prepared as requested, and when that's not the case, it can feel disrespectful.
It's not just about the food being wrong — it's about the care and attention to detail that seems to have been missed. As a customer, I rely on your team to deliver what I ordered, and I believe it's important for any business to strive for consistency and quality in service.
I hope you can understand how something like this can affect the overall experience. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that future orders will be handled with more attention and care.

Whoever was working Friday night put paper or plastic in my mushroom burger (idk what it was b/c it was dark and I had to eat on the road and threw it away) and I haven’t been able to keep anything down for 3 days. I already didn’t like this Wendy’s b/c they are incredibly slow and mess up orders a lot but now food poisoning?! This is a horrible Wendy’s. Don’t eat here.
This restaurant is definitely five star Wendy’s. It’s no wonder that they have the highest rating in all of this area Gastonia. Job well done on the food and the service and the Atmosphere. Trust me. This place is awesome!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received at your establishment located at 2419 W Franklin Blvd, Gastonia, NC 28052. On three separate occasions, I have attempted to order food within the last hour of operations, only to be ignored or refused service.
In the first instance, I arrived 20 minutes before closing time to place an order, but the staff had already shut down all operations.
In the second instance, I placed a DoorDash order an hour and a half before closing, but the Dasher was forced to cancel my order after the restaurant refused to fulfill it.
In the third instance, which occurred today, I placed my order at 1:40 a.m. and arrived at 1:49 a.m. to pick up my mobile order. Despite waiting at the order screen for several minutes and attempting to get the attention of the staff by honking my horn, I was completely ignored. At exactly 2:02 a.m., an employee finally came to the window, shrugged at me, and then proceeded to shut down the register without providing any explanation or assistance.
I am deeply disappointed with the lack of customer service and professionalism I have experienced at your establishment. I hope that you will take steps to address these issues and ensure that future customers are treated with the respect and courtesy they deserve.

I ordered my food, she fought with me about how I ordered it and what I ordered. then they made my food wrong, and my boyfriends. proceeded to get mad because they had to re make it. told my boyfriend to tell me not to get him to go get my sandwiched fixed I can do it myself. after I tried the first time. They have to say the orders to each other because they don’t have computers. And let along they messed up multiple others orders before and after me

This location asks for the items back that they gave you incorrectly.
So..... I forget how bad this Wendy's off 321 is and stop in and get reminded all over again. Either they don't want to serve/take orders, don't have certain menu items or they're just poor at customer service.
Today's experience: was in line. Car in front of me was waiting.... waiting and waiting. They finally pull off in frustration. I pull up. Roll my window down, get a nice pungent smell of weed/marijuana and finally the girls, sitting on the side of the building say "sorry, but we're not taking orders." Seriously!? This is a constant problem at this Wendy's restaurant off 321. I am never eating there again. This time, I've made up my mind, I'll make a conscience effort to make sure I do not patron that establishment in particular. I'm sorry, you're wasting my time. You're also breaking the law by smoking weed in a public setting. I guess Wendy's corporate doesn't moderate their online reviews, or care that they are losing business. Gen Z is so lazy and covid seems to have made people lazy when dealing with the workforce and fast food in general. Believe me, I won't stop there again. I also called corporate and got the song and dance. I'm sure they'll do nothing except raise prices and that's cool... I need to start eating at home even when I'm pushed for time. Convenience VS saving money and hassle, I'll take the latter. With attitude, poor service and people who don't act professional.... I'll take my money and yall can eventually go out of business. Thanks, but no thanks for your horrible service. (When I started to take a Pic, they decided they would go back in. Weed in hand. Poor workforce!)

It’s a five minute drive to my house from this Wendy’s so can anybody explain to me how my fries can be cold, soggy, and stale? Can I also get an explanation why I got one sauce for 10 chicken nuggets it doesn’t help that the sauce is small but how am I supposed to eat 10 nuggets with one sauce. The worst part you can’t even call them because you they don’t pick up the phone. I paid 13 dollars for frozen food because not one of my items were hot. All within a 5 minute drive home. This restaurant would be better if it was shut down.
