Laziest group of employees I've ever seen zero customers in lobby or drive thru. Had to pick up uber order when I got there they hadn't even started making it yet employees sitting around at tables doing nothing acted like it was a problem for me to be there waiting on food

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! 3 employee “working” were either drunk or dumb. Mostly didn’t care. Waited in drive thru over 30 minutes for an incorrect order. Would’ve left but from outta town. Inside was closed.

I waited 10 MINUTES and finally hollered “hello?!” Just for her to say “one moment.”

This store always has problems. Placed 2 mobile orders. I received 1 but they claimed they didn't have the other larger order. Showed manager the receipt and she told me I placed at wrong store. When I showed her it was placed at the Cheater St store she didn't even know the name of the road her store was on. She claimed to call the GM Phillip, who told her to tell me to contact Wendy's on the app for a refund. Refused to make the order and just told me to call the number. This store has completely went down hill.

Window service polite people, but every time I get there at 1 am, there’s never any hot food available? Why stay open until 2 if not hot food is available an hour before closing? North Chester Street, Gastonia. Will be going to Burger King next time I want hot food at 1am.

It’s rare that I go here and get everything I ordered the first time, or that it’s even right… sucks because the next closest Wendy’s is further into Gastonia. So, I’ll usually pass here and keep going on down. Would like to see this place make a good come back.

Night shift is horrible! Every time I go during the night they’re either outside smoking, saying they’re not taking orders AFTER taking my order, or just simply being rude! After tonight they’ll never get my service again! I ordered a Dave’s Single and a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and guess what I got? A bacon cheeseburger and 2 patties on a plain bun!! We even got pulled ahead! For this! The person didn’t even make eye contact with us, he was completely turned around while handing us the food! These workers are LAZY!
