Went in to get dinner, but left 15 minutes later. Started with being told by a waitress or employee to "go around" on my way to a table. She was standing in the middle of the way talking to another employee. I sat in the bar and waited 10+ minutes for anybody to acknowledge me. No one came by or even looked my way. Don't waste your time!

Gross. Our food was just gross. We ordered the sausage ball appetizers. They were so overdone - literally crispy, black and burnt. We asked for all drum wings but got a mix and half of them were super crispy and way over done. The restaurant wasn't too appealing to the eye and looked dirty and old. After eating the appetizer I got sick. Yeah don't go there.
Placed my order online September 21, 2024 @6:31pm. I ordered the chargrilled shrimp skewers(garlic, garlic, garlic sauce & peachybbq w/fiesta rice and steamed broccoli. House salad w/ranch & 15 wings(atomic meltdown, medium and the slayer hot garlic) all flats extra WET. I paid $46 and only 4 wings came with sauce and the rest were plain wings. I ordered the different sauces because I like them and usually order from here before I go to other places. I also usually order in person and haven't had an issue before. I'm so disappointed especially since I didn't pick up my order until 7:05 giving them extra time to prepare the order because the pick up time was 6:47. Once I arrived at the restaurant I approached the bartender and stated I had an online order but still had to wait an additional 15 minutes to receive my food. I assumed my order was correct as usual. Left the restaurant to take my hubby his food at work and headed home only to find out I received mostly plain wings. I PROMISE I WON'T BE BACK! NOT FOR SUPERBOWL, NEW YEARS, BIRTHDAYS OR ANY OTHER MAJOR EVENTS!

Highly disappointed. I drove from Charlotte to come get some wings and spinach dip. Just for me to get up there and wait for 30 minutes for the server to tell me that they are out of boss wings and they never even started making my order . I promise you I see why the wild wings closed down and surprised that this location is still open.

I wish I could give this place a higher review. But every time we go in there, they are so slow on the cooking side of things. If you place an order here expect it to take AT LEAST an additional half hour past when their email confirmation says it will. Combine that with the constant beeping noise from their security and fire systems at the front, and it seems like the only people that actually care are the servers.
