Ant and Manny were super helpful and I even heard Manny defuse a upset caller and handled it as a professional. Customer service can be difficult but these two both did a great job serving customers.

Update: Had a great experience 2 months ago, decided to go again. Got a different order because someone with the same name placed an order at the same time. The team immediately replaced my order and ensured I got the right items. Unfortunate coincidence, but they handled it with great customer service and understanding. Great location!

Ordered my food online around dinner time for pickup. They had it all ready and packed up for me when I got there, especially awesome since Wingstop had a BOGO promo going on. Order was correct with all wing flavors and sauces. Food was fresh and hot, overall delicious. Will definitely be returning to this location!

Ordered 25 wings and found 15 had no sauce on them when we got home. Ordered them 1.5 hours before and still had to wait 10min when I got there. The drink station was dirty and stood at the front desk by the mobile order pick up area for 5 minutes before anyone even addressed that I was there.

I ride with a friend of mine to doordash and this store is NASTY. Where you make your drinks, it's NEVER clean and they NEVER have ice. This store the employees act like they don't care about anything.

My family’s order from Wingstop East Franklin Blvd was a disaster. We were missing wings, sauces, and a drink. Manager Ebony was extremely unprofessional—ignoring me for 15 minutes, saying “this ain’t my problem, I’m on break,” and blaming DoorDash (even though I ordered through the Wingstop app). Thankfully, employees Nasir, Rekale, and Anthony remade my order correctly and apologized. They deserve recognition, but Ebony’s rude behavior is the reason I will not return. Highly disappointed in the management at this location.

Why is it that over the time that I have ordered from this location, every single time my order is wrong? I have ordered from this location maybe three times at most and all have been wrong. There is no reason that anyone should ever consider ever ordering from here.

The very first time eating Wingstop I ordered a 40 piece wing meal. Got to the car and noticed I only had two cups of ranch. Went back into the store to inquire about more ranch. Upon entering the store all the workers were standing together in a huddle doing nothing but staring at me as I stood at the counter. After they all looked at each other a female decided to walk toward me She didn't ask me if I needed anything She just looked at me with a very strange look on her face as if I had walked into the wrong restaurant with my Wingstop bag. I asked for some extra ranch and she told me that was a fee. By this being my first time I had no knowledge that the ranch was a extra fee. I paid my fee and I noticed that every worker's uniform looks like they have been rolling around in grease and mud.... No one was wearing any gloves and the floor was covered in greasey water... And one of the workers only had on one sock. The female worker was very rude and she looked to be under the influence of some kind of drug or alcohol. I have never seen so much unprofessionalism by an employee of an establishment in my life. As I paid her and exited the store I noticed the whole crew laughing very loudly as if they had won some prize or had gain some kind of monetary value by simply explaining to me the ranch policy. It's not your job to ridicule me about things I don't know but to calmly and politely educate me on the rules and regulations of receiving ranch dipping sauce. If I was a manager these three individuals would definitely be fired on the spot for their incompetence and rudeness and lack of customer service. Well you're paying for items as such an expensive price I would expect the best of customer service These three will definitely impact your monetary income at this establishment because I would never return to this location. And the wings wasn't even that good.... They were all mixed up all my flavors was mixed together I was missing two pieces of corn and two wings so it's obviously that these employees cannot count to 10 because my order was short..... Management needs to make sure that their employees are washing and cleaning their uniforms daily and that the floor and establishment is free of disgusting greasy residue all over the floor If the work area is not clean I can imagine that the employees are not clean either....

The service was the worst my family and I have experienced in a very long time. We placed our order on line Sunday August 17th at approximately 9:09pm. We picked out order up at approximately 9:40pm. He ordered 40 piece wings 2 piece chicken tenders and order of corn. When we got our order we checked to make sure all of our ranch was in the bag. We only had two ranch cups in the bag. By this being our first time ordering Wingstop we was unaware that the ranch was sold separately that it doesn't come with the wings per the worker that poorly assisted us. Upon entering the store to get our ranch we walked in and didn't get greeted, we stood to the counter for 5 minutes while every worker kept looking at us as if we were in the wrong place. When someone finally came to the counter she just looked at my husband didn't say how can I help you or anything. She looked high or drunk, no customer service skills whatsoever. One worker was dancing with no shoes on just socks, everyone else looked like they were half asleep. Instead of her explaining about the ranch she had a very nasty attitude. My daughter has the entire situation on video. I went ahead and purchased ranch cups and upon us leaving the store the worker started laughing very hard as if she got over on us and so did all the other workers. That was our first and last time ever buying from Wingstop again!!!!! THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! The wing flavors were all mixed together and just thrown in the box!!!!! American deli has them beat!!!!!
