Unless you want to clog your arteries, i would NOT recommend getting their fries. I think they had dumped the entire salt container on our fries before putting them in the bag. We had 2 orders of fries and both of them were the exact same way. I would rather eat at Hooters and that is saying something!

I have eaten many times at wingstop different locations as well. My last visit my fries were overcooked drenched with oil and overseasoned. The picture will justify what I am saying.

Delicious wings, great service and prepared in a timely fashion. Surprisingly good price as well if you come in on Monday or Tuesday. The Cajun Hot and BBQ were both flavorful with plenty of extra sauce. Thank you for a great late dinner while traveling.

Ordered at 815, after 9pm now and it's still not ready. Consistently slow AND the order is wrong 95% of the time. Too many wing places in Gastonia to waste your time here
Update. Got ice cold wings AND the order was wrong. Also, charged us for Ranch - because apparently wings don't come with dipping sauce - and then cussed at us amd walked off instead of giving us what we paid for. Will handle it with the credit card company

This is by far the worst wingstop to order from. They leave you on hold for long times and sometimes just hang up on you. I was really craving wingstop today and because the website doesn’t allow you to customize certain things I wanted to call it in. I called the wingstop in Gastonia for someone to answer the phone and tell me they are only doing online orders. I told her why I was calling it in, and she was like we only do online. I guess my question is why answer the phone.

i ordered honey hot rub which is supposed to be a dry rub and it came with a lot of excess oil in the box.
This place is absolutely awful beyond comprehension. We ordered very little and they insist on making every online order whilst standing around laughing and chatting. They continued to stare at us while we waited. We waited 30 minutes for a one wing order, come to find out they let our order sit for 10 minutes before someone asked us our order names. Refrain from ever coming here

If you tell the cashier how the name is spelled and your in person an she still spells the name wrong is unexpected and rude!!! What is her real reason she was hired? She can't spell an probably can't do math either

Stopped by on a Friday evening to order some wings. Was told by the lady at the register that they were only taking online orders. So I asked “so if I order online we can sit down and eat?” She says “yes”. Makes zero sense, just take my order so we can eat. Needless to say we didn’t eat here and probably won’t be coming back.
