This is my first time ordering from Wingstop. We ordered for a football playoff party and the total of my order was $95. Including a 10% tip for the carryout staff. When we got home and unpacked all of the food, we were short 20 boneless wings. I ordered 50 altogether. I immediately called the restaurant and the manager told me there was nothing that she could do except if I wanted to bring all of the food back she would check the order. She said that’s all I can do is have you bring it back and check the order. The restaurant is 30 minutes from me. I had hungry people at my house so I was not going to rebar and bring all of the food back which she said she would not replace that food I brought back so I would be bringing back home food that I already brought home once and who wants two hour leftover food? I said if you will make the 20 wings I will drive the 30 minutes to pick them up because we were counting on having them. She said there was nothing she could do except offer me 15% off of my next order. I’m not sure in my 60+ years I have ever been as dis valued and treated so poorly as a customer than I was today. She kept saying she was following corporate’s guidelines. Shame on this restaurant! I would never recommend Wingstop to anyone.

Food was absolutely disgusting. A wasted $22. Order two 12 pieces only could stomach 1 of each order, Fries had enough salt to send you into cardiac arrest. Chicken had absolutely no taste, Garlic Parmesan wings had no garlic just sprinkled parmesan on some unseasoned chicken.
Once again this store has failed to send a complete order, and Doordash is just as horrible to deal with as they are. Just useless.

Ant and Manny were super helpful and I even heard Manny defuse a upset caller and handled it as a professional. Customer service can be difficult but these two both did a great job serving customers.

Update: Had a great experience 2 months ago, decided to go again. Got a different order because someone with the same name placed an order at the same time. The team immediately replaced my order and ensured I got the right items. Unfortunate coincidence, but they handled it with great customer service and understanding. Great location!
Ordered my food online around dinner time for pickup. They had it all ready and packed up for me when I got there, especially awesome since Wingstop had a BOGO promo going on. Order was correct with all wing flavors and sauces. Food was fresh and hot, overall delicious. Will definitely be returning to this location!

Ordered 25 wings and found 15 had no sauce on them when we got home. Ordered them 1.5 hours before and still had to wait 10min when I got there. The drink station was dirty and stood at the front desk by the mobile order pick up area for 5 minutes before anyone even addressed that I was there.

I ride with a friend of mine to doordash and this store is NASTY. Where you make your drinks, it's NEVER clean and they NEVER have ice. This store the employees act like they don't care about anything.

I was watching the colored guy text on his phone the whole time and then he started putting orders together, not even washing his hands. (Dirty)Waited at the register. No one welcomed me or even noticed I was there. Horrible service!!

My family’s order from Wingstop East Franklin Blvd was a disaster. We were missing wings, sauces, and a drink. Manager Ebony was extremely unprofessional—ignoring me for 15 minutes, saying “this ain’t my problem, I’m on break,” and blaming DoorDash (even though I ordered through the Wingstop app). Thankfully, employees Nasir, Rekale, and Anthony remade my order correctly and apologized. They deserve recognition, but Ebony’s rude behavior is the reason I will not return. Highly disappointed in the management at this location.

Why is it that over the time that I have ordered from this location, every single time my order is wrong? I have ordered from this location maybe three times at most and all have been wrong. There is no reason that anyone should ever consider ever ordering from here.
Gave the Wing Stop another try after having multiple bad experiences in the past and it I still managed to disappoint. The food was awful cold soggy and I had to wait forever. Wish they could get better management.
